Lovely display of pergolas in the store at York and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pergola is great quality and was well constructed by the team. Admittedly we had some glitches over the delivery date but the staff were great at communicating with me and bent over backwards to resolve the problem and ensure that we were happy with their commitment to good customer service.

I have still awaiting my order from 14th September

Deterioration in places on my five year suite. Great start, sent photos of the small table, rattan split in two places, white stores said they Will replace it, I was so impressed with the speed in which this issue was dealt with.
Unfortunately it didn’t last, I have deterioration on both my l shaped sofa on on the lag and on on the back rest, with these white stones refused to replace, But they did offer me a DIY pack so we could repair it ourselves, we paid in excess of 2 grand for our so called indistructable furniture and they want us to fix it ourselves, of course we could get someone in to got it but is at our cost!!! Not happy at all
On this decision and because of that I will never recommend them. Apparently I have another 2 yrs on my warranty, so I will be checking very carefully. For further damage .

We bought the protex cover for our garden furniture. We had one already (a different make and not from White Stores) which kept blowing off and had torn and was definitely not protecting the furniture!
I came across the website online after researching into covers. This one had straps that went under the furniture which I knew is what we really needed to keep the cover on! Our garden is a little 'wind trap' and we needed something to really withstand the wind successfully.
The covers have been on for over 2 weeks now, they are very firmly still in place and protecting the furniture. Wish I'd found it sooner!

Website was easy to order from. It arrived quickly.

I had an issue with a garden dining set and Millie was extremely professional and very helpful.
She was very understanding and sorted out the problem very quickly.
This is the sort of customer service I would expect from major stores, however not all stores deal with issues like White Stores and not every customer care agent deals with problems as well as Millie has done.

Rapid exchange to replace damaged parasol during transit. Good quality product

We purchased a pergola from white stores Wickford. The service in store was great and so many products on display which was really helpful. I then liaised with the team online several times to arrange installation and they were great as well, always responding promptly. We then committed to installation which was done yesterday by Mark and Paul and again cannot fault the service. The guys arrived on time, talked everything through and were incredibly patient when we changed our minds slightly on the position. They cleared everything up and gave full instructions before they left and our installed pergola looks great. Really impressed with White Stores and their staff.

So I ordered some outdoor furniture from white stores. Visited the Manchester showroom which had an excellent selection and very helpful staff. The products were delivered yesterday on time an as agreed at my required location. There is a gps tracking on the delivery truck as provided by whitestores. The goods arrived very well packed and are of excellent quality. I can recommend Whitestores and the whole buying experience has been a positive one.

The pergola is beautiful. The installation went well and we are very pleased with our purchase.

I had a bad experience with the courier that was supposed to deliver my order, Whitestores themselves were in no way to blame (apart from using an awful courier) and their customer service was exactly how customer service should be, prompt, understanding and professional. Well done and thankyou Cleofe who sorted everythin.

Although the furniture I purchased was faulty it was replaced without any issues. When the second item also developed a fault I was able to return the dining set and was a given a full refund.
Throughout these problems all the staff were very helpful and polite and keen to rectify the situation. The staff I would particularly like to mention are Millie, Rhea and Reece

White Stores is a top vendor for garden furniture. They regurarly have good value deals available and if an issue happens, no problem is too big or too small for them. They are always on it and will reaolve.

Performance as should be

Really pleased with our new pergola. Mark, Dereck & Abraham were great. They called me to confirm an arrival time, they were prompt, polite & installed the pergola without any issues.

Visited the manchester store to look at a pergola. Excellent service and advice from Wado. We purchased the shadow pergola, delivery was as promised and item was easily assembled and seems sturdy and robust after couple of months. Has completely changed and enhanced our use of the garden. Can easily recommend this store, staff and products.
