One month and a half
I have been waiting for more than a month for a stove. According to this it was a problem of delays at the factory.
But worst of all, Whiteaway continued to sell the same product on their website, as if they had stock. That is immoral and irresponsible!

Rudeness installer
The carpenter who came for installing the dishwasher was extremely irresponsible, rudeness and left without testing the machine. He was jumping on top of the machine with his heavy and dirty safety shoes to shortcut his movement instead of moving from behinds.

Our delivery people should not be rude when delievering our products, as we strive to give every customer a satisfying experience when buying from us.
In regards to the shoes, our delivery people have to wear the safety shoes when handling these heavy products for their own safety. However, they should wipe the shoes before entering your home.
I will look into this case.

I bought a mixer (quite an expensive one I might add) and the whole process was perfect. It took a few days to arrive and everything was in perfect condition. No complaints.
THE EXTRA MILE: A few days after, Whiteway won an award from Pricerunner and to celebrate, they emailed me in their newsletter a discount code for 10% off! I was a little disappointed that I didn't get the discount for my mixer so I told that to their support. Nicolai from their side was amazing and understood my situation and how unfair it must feel so we actually refunded me the difference! Can not recommend this site more :)

Communication is really bad
Communication is really bad. They try to sell you other stuff instead of what you ordered. Then they don’t have it on stock, but don’t tell you. Then you have to start investigating. Not impressed
Now they actually delivered it. I got a call 10 min prior to delivery. Had several email exchanges in between. 3 workdays before my contact claimed that nothing would happen soon.

I trying to service chat and get answer that they waiting product for storage, after that guy from chat disappeared totally? It was also lunch time…
Some week after I get to different levering days 21.1 and 24.1 ??
