I ordered a washing machine and dishwasher, both with installation and delivery to Copenhagen area. I am so happy with the service, super quick in replying over the phone, so helpful. Two guys came and installed the two machines within 1.5 hours. Extremely satisfied.

They cheat with their stock and they have bad communication
Whiteaway is not to be trusted. They had a Black Friday offer that I bought because it said it was on stock. But with no information or updates, suddently the delivery time is 3 weeks later. I accepted it a bit annoyed, because you know; it was a good offer. When the date is about to arrive, there was no information about another delay. Only when I contact the company about the delivery, am I told it's delayed until the day before christmas. And what then if it's delayed again?!
They cheat with their stock and they have bad communication. Steer away.

Do not buy the installation of the product!!!!
We have bought a dishwasher, and the guy that had to install it, broke the pipe under the sink and he left, leaving the pipe like that. Now I have one week of having the dishwasher but I can’t use it because the pipe is broken.
The products are ok, and are delivered fast, but if you want to save some money, angry and frustration please do not buy the installation.

Unhelpfull costumer service and faulty installation
I ordered a dishwasher from Whiteaway, that was delivered to me today. I have paid approximately 950 dkk for the machine to be installed, removal of the old dishwasher and delivery. My previous dishwasher was also installed by Whiteaway, but today the electricians argued that they could not install the machine. I therefore naturally expected Whiteaway to be helpful in finding another method of installation, but the staff was very rude and unhelpful. They only solution I got was to get 500 DKK back and fix the problem myself, thereby paying 450 dkk just to get the machine delivered, which I would not have chosen had I known that it could not be installed. When calling WhiteAway I was therefore hoping for a full refund or them being able to send appropriate staff to install the machine – or at least the staff being mindful of the inconvenience this has caused me.
On this basis I therefore find WhiteAways customer service very criticisable and would not recommend anyone else buying their product from WhiteAway.
