Worst customer service. I purchased a washing machine which was delivered on Thursday. But till Saturday they are unable to send technician to my address. Continuosly they are updating my address but have no information when technician will visit . On Sunday CCE was informing me that I have to wait till Monday to get a technician. If you guys don't have control over your technician then inform the matter at the very time of product purchase. We will switch to other brand. I advise others that customer service is poor, so know it before any purchase.

worst service ever i use in life . i purchased a new split ac 1.5 ton in the date 02-04-2026 it was installed 05-04-2026 but AC was not working on that installation day and i was submit complaint againts that so many times but their is no any responce for till now.
i suggest dont buy any product of whirlpool ever an ever.

Bought this Whirlpool single-door fridge thinking it’s a reliable brand, but honestly disappointed. Cooling is inconsistent — sometimes it freezes vegetables, other times milk spoils quickly. The freezer builds up too much ice, so I have to defrost frequently which is annoying.

Within a few months, I started hearing loud noises from the compressor, especially at night. The build quality also feels cheap — door shelves are flimsy and don’t hold heavy bottles properly.

Biggest issue is service. When I contacted customer care, the response was slow and the technician visit took days. For this price range, I expected much better performance and support. Not recommended if you want hassle-free usage.

Whirlpool needs to change their name to Worstpool!!

Worst pool of employees who don’t have the patience to listen to customer’s problem. Ordered a washing machine recently and its been more than a week but the issue isn’t resolved yet.

Worst service experience. Extremely unprofessional service. Took advance payment, failed to fix the issue, and instead damaged my refrigerator further. Left the job incomplete and stopped responding. Complaint was closed without resolution. Completely unacceptable experience.

I can give only 0 star.whirlpool washing machine which doesn't worked even for properly for 2 year it had all the complaint aftermarket them warranty period was over.we paid for service charges for half the cost of washing machine,
Lastly fed up of the services we gave the washing machine for exchange .

Whirlpool is not trustable. Don't trust. I purchased washing machine on 27 December 2024 and I have requested for a service for my washing machine. The technician came on 5th January 2026 and forced me to purchase AMC while my washing machine was still under active warranty. I told them to cancel my AMC and refund my money but they are not responding. At the time of this visit, my Whirlpool washing machine was still under an active manufacturer warranty for one more year and therefore, I did not require or intend to purchase any AMC. However, due to continuous pressure, force and misguiding from the technician, I was forced to purchase the AMC against my will. On the same night (05-01-2026), I sent an email clearly requesting the cancellation of the AMC and a refund. Despite this timely request, an invoice was generated on 07-01-2026, which is two days after my cancellation request.
I have not received any refund until now. Don't trust WHIRLPOOL. Waste

Buying whirlpool fridge was the biggest mistake. 467 L of fridge within one year parts are getting changed. Cooling is not working. Cooling complaint is always. There. Charges are very high for a small part. It can cost up to 3000 2 ₹4000. We bought the fridge for 50,000. I’ve almost invested 12,000 in repairing the fridge within one year.

Very bad service ,1st customer care call paid able and 2nd not response immediately long time waiting, 1st stage call wait , 2nd stage refrigerator wait ,and my 10 rupees payable call recharge empty. It's been a week now I brought Washing Machine and non of the installation guy came to my house for installation. Patectic service. Installation people are rude and uneducated and lairs don't attend the calls and megs. Always give an false commitments. I am very upset with Whirpool and never going to purchase any product in future.

Very bad experience with Whirlpool...never purchase any items of Whirlpool....total waste of time n money

We purchased a Whirlpool double door refrigerator (3-star model). After just one year, the paint inside the refrigerator started peeling off. When we reported this issue to the company, they said they could provide a replacement only if we pay an extra amount. They also told us that the 3-star model we bought is not available now and they can only provide a 2-star model, and for that also they are asking us to pay additional money. We are very disappointed with this response from the company👎

I am extremely disappointed with the product quality and customer support of Whirlpool Corporation. I have purchased refrigerator UIP-F-SIRT3523 and has been defective since the very first day of purchase, and despite 10–12 technician visits over the past 7–8 months, the issue remains unresolved. Recently, on 11 February 2026, components were replaced by a technician, yet the leakage problem continues and the refrigerator section still does not cool properly, leading to repeated food spoilage and financial loss. This has caused continuous inconvenience and wastage of money, apart from the ₹30,000+ spent on purchasing this defective appliance. It is extremely frustrating that instead of providing a permanent solution or replacement, only temporary fixes are being attempted. The after-sales service has been highly unresponsive and ineffective. Such poor product reliability and customer care is unacceptable.
I strongly urge potential buyers to think twice before purchasing Whirlpool products.

No service. Came and took about 8k for repair, and 2 days no service. Every hour they say that someone will come, but no one appears. Don't buy ever!!! And the fridge is just over a year old, and it's conked off!
