Didn't manage to connect
I managed to connect to the VPN I think, but then didn't find the channel. (itvx for the rugby final) it was a maze of passwords and unknown territory. Maybe I should have practiced first, but the rugby didn't wait :(

Excellent support.
Whilst on holiday my husband was keen to watch the rugby. Having when away, made our holiday. We had an issue getting started but, one email and it was resolved immediately.

Be more proactive
The process wasn’t as intuitive as I had hoped for and with a 5 hr time difference was difficult to correspond. Lesson learnt by myself is to do this kind of thing before I go away.
