Before I start, can I tell Westminster that I have zero interest in their stock reply, that, Westminster provide when accused of running a scam.
I too, was under the impression that I was ordering a one off item. Today I received an invoice, for 28.98. I had no desire to purchase more items and have no interest in Harry Potter or Benjamin Bunny. The invoice states " This invoice has been automatically charged to your payment card account indicated above. But a quick search shows no detail of the card they intend to steal my money from!! But there is a phone number. I call it, it is not recognised and I'm asked to redial. I received dial still none recognised number. Im fuming that they have done this. It is the third unscrupulous company that I have been scammed by and some sort of repayment system has been set up on each occasion that does not require me to give consent to taking MY money!!!

Offers you free coins then they trap you into a monthly subscription, theyre forcing me to pay £32 for something I never even wanted or agreed to. Dont bother with these people

Always had good relations with customer service, 9 times out of 10 it’s the same operator on the other end when I call. Any issues or queries are always resolved quickly and very professionally and, judging by banter, with a smile. Absolutely brilliant, can’t fault them at all.

The staff are so helpful. I completely misunderstood the terms of the agreement, And caused payment complications. So after some calm and understanding from the Westminster team. It’s all been sorted and I’m very happy. With the collection. Excellent and professional thank you.

I have no idea how I involved a subscription, it is unclear.
I've email to enquiries@ to cancel all my subscriptions. When I try to login and cancel, it only shows delay 1/2/3 months... no option to cancel completely. That is whey I give 3 ⭐️instead.

Like a good proportion of reviewers, I didn't realise I was starting a subscription. They will, no doubt, respond to this with the generic "All terms and conditions are clearly stated, here, here and here, blah, blah, blah", but the fact that the cancellation drop-down includes the option "I didn't know I was subscribing to acollection" and that I'm one of many reviewers saying the same thing indicates that they know exactly what they are doing. Yes, my fault for not drilling down into the small print - lesson learned - but if you really are content to operate your business this way, I hope many of your potential customers will read this and learn the lesson before signing up. Caveat emptor

What they did is compelely fraud. I bought 2 items from The Westminster Collection 1 month ago, today the charged me for a subscription i didn’t even realized, they didn’t get a permisson for the subscription. Alson when i try to cancel the subscription, there was a “I wasn’t aware i had subscribed to collection” option so that is what you do and i think it is fraud.

I’ve now received the pretty bird bins to complete the first presentation box but, finding it too expensive, sadly, to complete the whole set. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and understanding and closed the rest of the collection for me. Very caring and kind. Thank you very much. Much appreciated.

If the item is out of stock then why do you still advertise it for pre-order on the website? After 2 weeks from ordering, you just tell me that you do not have the coins. But why to take the order then? My pay info, personal info and the time wasted to create an order you could not fulfill. That is a negative experience.

Do not buy anything from this company, when you purchase anything with only P&P you are entering into a contract and will be charged every month for a new coin that the advertising doesn’t make clear, STAY AWAY…!!!

Scam artists! Hide the subscription in small print advertise free coins and you just pay p&p, ordered one coin for my father and a Robyn badge at Christmas which I never received from them by the way! Somehow cost me £58 because they have sent threatening letters and emails boarderline harassment. When u decide to reply to this pop my Robyn badge in the post will you!
