I ordered an initial special offer 50p gold Spitfire coin for £4.99, but they signed me up for a subscription!
I had read the reviews here about this prior to ordering, so I was well prepared, and after ordering I deliberately went into my profile and cancelled the subscription, but these thieves re activated the subscription and charged me £33.98 and sent me a coin without my permission. I was unable to stop the delivery or the payment and have returned the coin, but I can't delete my payment method until I am refunded, which can take 2 weeks, and they'll probably send me another coin by that time, and charge me another £34 even though I have cancelled my subscription AGAIN.
This company is a bunch of scammers and thieves, they'll reactivate your subscription even when you have deliberately stopped it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Warning if you buy something they put you into a subscription. Scammers! be careful.
They ignore requests via email. I will call them today. Apparently they do not act on emails!

Hi,
I have just called and your customer service is apparently closed.
I cancelled online a while back now.
Please stop sending me coins!
I cancelled and yet you still deliver coins to me.
Happy to return the last batch - SM07257/EJ/REMD1/0/07
Please provide an address to return this.
Best wishes,
Rodger.

They are bunch of the thieving scoundrels. I did not subscribe to anything, and yet they charged my card for items I did not order nor want! Karma will get them, the pin badges are poor quality and probably made by some poor kids in Bangladesh.
Avoid at all costs

Jerome in Customer Services was polite, professional and informative. Unfortunately it took twenty minutes to get through to him!

Had to wait a long time for the call to be answered but once I was put through the colleague I spoke to was friendly and understanding, she explained everything clearly and made me feel like I mattered.

I have never felt the urge to review a company, albeit good or bad, but after my experience yesterday I felt compelled to. Their customer services was second to none, going above and beyond to help me with my query. Even after requesting to end the call to do some investigation, emailed a full written letter with the details found within the hour. And they're were just such lovely people to talk with.

Genuinely the worst experience ever. I ordered a coin on an introductory offer and didn’t realise I was signing up for a subscription - like many people. They tried to take £30 out of my account for the subscription which they couldn’t take out but they still sent me the coins anyways and are demanding the £30! They’ve now made this £60 and are threatening with legal action. I have sent them numerous emails regarding returning the coins which they have replied to all of them saying I could, so I returned them last week Thursday and they have sent me yet another email threatening legal action!
Do not order from this company. It’s so much hassle and I’m pretty sure every email I’ve received back is most probably automated which is so frustrating when they are threatening legal action but won’t actually give you a genuine response
UPDATE: your response is as automated as the emails you send. You clearly haven’t actually read my review. The subscription clearly isn’t outlined adequately if hundreds of people are having the same issue. I’m more than happy to take this further.

WARNING! Be very careful. When I ordered something they automatically entered me into a Family Subscription whereby they just send stuff out to you even if you haven’t ordered anything. I just received a bill for £28.98 for something I did not order. They state, if you order something you HAVE to phone and cancel or remove yourself from the subscription! They then billed me another £28.98 for something that was en route, that (after a phone call) later was refunded. Warning. The reason that was billed was because the first person I spoke with hadn’t cancelled ALL 🤔 subscriptions. They now assure me everything has now been cancelled and I can confirm I have been refunded.

Have ordered the 50p special edition coins for years now but recently was duped into their subscription service - avoid it like the plague! They have duplicated the last three 50p coins and one that they didn't manage to duplicated is yet to arrive after being despatched two weeks ago! I'll stick to just checking their website in future for releases and ordering as a one off each time - it's worked well for me like that for years.

Before I start, can I tell Westminster that I have zero interest in their stock reply, that, Westminster provide when accused of running a scam.
I too, was under the impression that I was ordering a one off item. Today I received an invoice, for 28.98. I had no desire to purchase more items and have no interest in Harry Potter or Benjamin Bunny. The invoice states " This invoice has been automatically charged to your payment card account indicated above. But a quick search shows no detail of the card they intend to steal my money from!! But there is a phone number. I call it, it is not recognised and I'm asked to redial. I received dial still none recognised number. Im fuming that they have done this. It is the third unscrupulous company that I have been scammed by and some sort of repayment system has been set up on each occasion that does not require me to give consent to taking MY money!!!

Offers you free coins then they trap you into a monthly subscription, theyre forcing me to pay £32 for something I never even wanted or agreed to. Dont bother with these people
