Brilliant service from start to finish.
I ordered a mixer from another well known retailer and was told 2 days for delivery. 1 week later no communication from them and when I finally got through to them I was told I had to wait another week minimum!!
I reached out to Westend DJ via email and Chat, to which I got a very speedy response, within 30 mins, fantastic! They had the mixer I wanted and it was shipped next day. Fantastic service from end to end.
The mixer got here before my refund from the other retailer.
I will be only using Westend DJ from now on for all my equipment needs.

Really good prices quick delivery happy with my decks that I purchased I was glad to find them as they were sold out pretty much anywhere I looked at they were significantly cheaper than other places would definitely shop here again for any equipment I need 😊 highly recommended

Quick delivery.. Opened Box
Quick delivery... Bought my first DJ deck, the DDJ FLX4, but when I opened the package, I noticed the box had been opened before and was damaged. The product was fine though... so I didn't return.

We've checked the product history using its serial number and there's no record of it being handled outside of receipt and picking/packing for your order.

They deserve this review & they are a big name in dj shops & would be very happy & confident buying further products .
Incidentally, bought the ever mix box five & it got some surprises ! Make sure u email them requesting the test pilot app
So you access all new features in recording & streaming 🙌.

Lovely just as described shipping was ok took while to arrive and charged a fair bit for packaging small item.
But item was perfect.
Website and the ads reoccurring spamming pages can be a bit off putting.
Got there in the end so all is well .
