I like my hot tub but have questions about it and the dealer sent me the online published booklet. It would be nice to ask specific questions and have a person answer rather than looking through the glossary trying to find a match.

The product itself is not bad, although not a powerful enough motor to give a decent massage to 5 people. Two is OK.
However, customer communications re non-existent!
Wrote repeatedly asking a question. If it's the case that only re-sellers look after customers, write & tell us!

Wellis took 9 months to respond to this review! I contacted them again & a further 9 months later - nothing!
Hopeless. Avoid.
I have emailed them again today & sent a request through their contact form.

We have our spa now 2 years and at first place, I have to say that everything works, and it works without major problems. We enjoy it, all the futures (remote control, music, colors, ...), but there are small thing to improve -> at first, there is, as it seems, no available automatic water monitoring / maintenance system for our model year of spa. Wellis has some in shop, but they were not recomended to us. The shapes od sitting places also always holds some water (it would be maybe good to have there some small drainage hole), so during clearing, when I want once upon a time, really get all water our, I need to manually "shovel it out". And maybe remote controling could be also improved, it sometimes lose signal and I need to manually unplug and plug in the adapter from power. But overall, we are satisfied.

For over a year, my wellis Swimspa has had cracks in the basin, which were patched last year and have reopened. The dealer does not respond to emails. There is a 7 or 10 year warranty on the shell/cover.

Bought my Malaga hot tub 3yrs ago and have had great fun with it.The only problem I’ve had recently is that all the 5” jet seals are now leaking,which need replacing.Unfortunately Wellis only sell the seals with the jet bodies,but overall I would recommend Wellis hot tubs.

We have been using the "Venus" hot tub for two years now, not only in the summer but also in the winter, as the excellent cover insulation keeps the water warm even in cold weather. My six granddaughters love to refresh themselves in it, and when they get out, they say, "We feel almost reborn"—and at moments like these, Botticelli's famous painting comes to my mind...

If you look at the many emails back and fourth you will see what appalling treatment we’ve had since the tub was delivered damaged etc and ma people we got passed through that assured they would do better and see it through until problems rectified well 2yrs I’ve gone through this advice to anyone don’t use your company

The true mark of any company is not how they sell their products but how they respond when something goes wrong. I raised a warranty issue with their certified partner, who said they escalated it to WELLIS. Neither followed up within a reasonable timeframe, so I contacted WELLIS directly. The product was clearly faulty and still under warranty, but my concern was dismissed outright with no consultation, no inspection, and no consideration. That says everything.
For me, it is simple. If a company takes no pride in their customer experience and shows no interest in understanding what went wrong, I cannot trust them. These products are sold as an investment. But if the value ends at the sale, then it was never real value at all. One star.

I purchased a mont blanc from a wellis distributor. The tub is easy to use and operate and it's maintenance has been smooth and not alot of attention needed to keep it running efficiently. The dislikes would be the panels when removed the glue that holds the brackets breaks off easily. Some of the lights have gone out on it. And there have been some leaks on it but the maintenance team where I bought it from comes out and repairs it. I wish the parts were more accessible here in the states.

We purchased our Danube swimspa in October last year and have been using it 2-3 times a week since. It's fantastic to have it just outside the back door!
We have however had issues with the local franchise in Wales.
A replacement cover was needed and we have made several calls and emails to organise and when it was finally arranged it was the wrong size. We have had to chase our chemicals on the annual plan we selected.
The major issue is an air gap each time we empty and refill that stops us using the jacuzzi seats, along with a broken jet on one of the seats.
This was finally arranged to be fixed yesterday but is still not working.

I purchased a Wellis swim spa for use as a therapy spa, we love it but to answer the question of how could it be improved: First the air injection / hot tub aspect / function pump always needs to be bled at start up every season, but it's located in a place difficult to access. I installed an access door to make this easier, Wellis should do the same. Second the end panel access to the rest of the plumbing / controller should be designed such that a door access rather than a panel removal would make seasonal maintenance simple and easy rather than a chore.

Having visited the show room, the salesman was very friendly and helpful.
He answered any questions I put towards him and the prices were more affordable than other companies I had visited.
