C**p and unreliable. Three times now I’ve tried to book a cleaner for a particular recurring day only to be told a few days later they have no availability. Tried various time and date combinations always the same outcome.

It was easy to book. I booked last minute and had someone available in less than 24 hours. Elina who cleaned was polite, friendly and professional, a real life saver.

Sheikh was great. Would highly recommend for a deep clean.

I use the app for house cleaning service. The application gave me the opportunity to change the first person proposed and now I found someone I like. The app is easy to use and I can easly handle the sessions. I can also contact the person if I need. Super useful

This platform connects with cleaners who are seen as independent contractors. As such, insurance is very flimsy and customer support is horrendous. A cleaner came to my home and caused c.£400 of damage. Wecasa acknowledged this. They then took a £200 excess, took out a long list of other deductions, and offered me a credit note of £30. They even took full payment for the clean. I provided all the right paperwork they had requested and they agreed that the damage had been caused by their cleaner, and they hid behind “that’s not my responsibility” or “we’re already showing good will”. They were all incredibly antagonising throughout. I was left with an unclean house, loss of a sentimental item, plumbing fees for damage caused by the cleaner, and had paid for the full clean… and their terrible staff seemed to think I should be overjoyed by a £30 to have another person violate my home in the future.

Use housekeep instead, I’ve never had any issues with them.

Overall, I was pleased with the standard of cleaning. My cleaner worked hard and did a very thorough job in the areas I’d asked him to clean. Everything was left fresh and spotless, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work.

The reason I’ve given four rather than five stars is that we found communication a little challenging in person, so I wasn’t always confident that my instructions had been fully understood. I’d recommend sending any specific requirements before the visit, as I think that would make the experience even smoother. If the app could specifically mention these facts beforehand or give you the option to specify your requirements. Challenges like this could be avoided.

Booking was super easy and it was only 3 days prior to the job so I am extremely grateful.

Eteri was amazing! She was punctual, lovely and took the time to clean every room in the house in depth! It was disgusting now it is pristine! She even cleaned around the windows, along all the skirting boards, the showers, the oven, the microwave and the fridge. It’s perfect! Thank you Eteri!

Wecasa was easy to use and very convenient! They were very helpful when I needed to make changes. My only issue is that they seem to have a limited amount of cleaners in my area so at times it was a challenge to book - but hopefully this will improve over time!

After 3 attempts to arrange a regular cleaner I have given up. This website is a waste of time, time that I won’t get back!
