I was very impressed! I work in a physically demanding job, and the massage was exactly what I needed. He really listened to my needs and tailored the treatment accordingly. I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout. He was friendly, professional, and highly skilled. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a great massage.

Don’t trust this scam company, wanted to reschedule with them the booking and they said they can’t and ask me to cancel the booking which they still will charge me 27 £, I said to them the reason I didn’t had power and water to home as that was our new home we just received the keys on that day, and for this to be fixed we needed more. They is not a proper cleaning company with who you can chat, u can’t reach them no by phone not chat. It’s a really stressful app.

Had such a fantastic experience with my mobile bouncy blow dry through Wecasa! She arrived right on time, was so friendly and professional, and made the whole process completely relaxing. We had a lovely chat, and my hair turned out absolutely wonderful, so much easier and more comfortable than having to travel to a salon. I'm so thrilled with the final look and couldn't recommend her more!

Had a great experience with having my pedicure done

I felt pressured to give a good review knowing that the lady would view my review on the app. There are things I didn’t like but I can’t say it on the app review because she told me to give her a five star and she was also very nice. That kind of system doesn’t encourage improvement of services. I don’t know if I would use her again esp. this being my first time using Wecasa. She came a little late because she got lost. And then took hours to clean a small room. I have a one bed small apartment. It usually take me under an hour to clean my house even when it’s “dirty”. There’s are no kids or pets in my house and it’s usually maintained well. I needed a deep clean and mostly focusing on dusting and mopping the house and cleaning air vents. She wasn’t done within the 3hrs. She had only done the kitchen and bedroom after 3 hrs. So I paid her cash the same amount for an hour to finish cleaning the bathroom and living room, but she only did the living room and didn’t clean the bathroom properly. She also said she mopped but she hadn’t mopped well and there floor still had dust. She also threw my cleaning towels without telling me and I had to remove them from the bin. She used two rolls of paper towels to clean even when I offered new cleaning clothes (highly quality ones and the same ones she had thrown). She didn’t end us dusting the main bits I requested of cleaning the living room windows. On a positive note, she was friendly, lovely personality and the areas she cleaned first, living room and bedroom were cleaned well. She asked me to give her five stars and I felt weirded by that especially after striking a good rapport. I knew I didn’t want to write something that would affect her score. I’m also not confrontational so I wouldn’t give her that feedback face to face. I’ve never used Wecasa before but this experience has made me reconsider whether I would book myself. I’m not sure I’d recommend Wecasa from this first experience to be honest

The whole experience was easy and satisfactory.

Easy to use app, Elina was lovely and friendly, gave me a great, new haircut. The prices are very reasonable.
I'm now trying a cleaner from the app. The booking process is simple and advice is useful.
