Great experience

Linda was very helpful debugging and fixing a WP URL routing issue I was experiencing. She kept updating me every step of the way. We worked together for a good hour or more, no complaints.

The only reason I took one star was because of the looong waits on an issue that WHW should have well documented and shouldn't even be an issue (WP URL Routing)

To be fair I would give 4.5 stars if this system would allow me to. Awesome job Linda. Thank you

Those guys know very well their job... Any time have issues with my sites, they fixed.
Today Jason was the one who did his magic and fixed all (a lot of them) issues on all my sites.
Maybe they are the ones of the best hosting company out there :)
I'm customer from many years, one time i wanted to change them with another hosting company and after 1 week have go back to them...

Stephaine identified my issue with webmail easily. I was wondering why i am not recieving some emails to my webmail from yahoo or gmail with attachments. I contacted via WHW chat support and Stephaine identified and solved the issue within some minutes itself. That issue was a strange and unpredicted issue regarding spam filter rules and he/she spotted it perfectly. Thank you WHW and Stephaine for the excellent support. Kudos to you all...

Three years I came with the service, but in the last year I had loss of information from them, the first time, it was due to "problems in hard drives" I lost valuable information from my clients, and 1 month ago, I lost information on two of My clients. I pay the "supreme plan" and even so, the service lately is lousy.
