Don't use this service they are not affidable
They charge me twice for the service and i ask them to refund and they do not refund i ask PayPal to refund the money so they (webhostingworld) suspended my all services that i have and ask me to close the issue with PayPal otherwise they will not activate my services

I use to love WHW. Their tech support is top notch. But their billing team is top-tier scammers and charge you with everything.
Shout out to you Sylvia Grossman who's been so far the least helpful of the WHW staffers I have ever encountered. Quick to charge, but my affiliate earnings have taken forever to withdraw.
The only reason I tolerate you is because of the members of the tech support team.

I have been a loyal customer from 2017. We have a hosting plan and it's been multiple times, the service is down, disrupted and there are been times, the new mail server information wasn't shared before and after the migration and we don't have clue, why our mail was not sent or recevied. Poor Support team and helpless. PLEASE DON'T TAKE ANY OF THEIR SERVICE AND LATER YOU REGRET.

Very Disappointed with WebHostingWorld.net – Unfair Billing Practices
I had initially purchased one service from WebHostingWorld.net and, based on that experience, I later decided to buy a second service from them. I continued using their services for quite some time without any major issues.
However, things changed unexpectedly. They suddenly increased the invoice amount for both of my services — including the first one, which I had completely stopped using. When I raised a support ticket and requested them to remove the charges for the unused service, they refused and insisted that I must pay.
Their justification was that according to their policy, invoices are generated 15 days before the service expiry date. But this rule was never communicated to me clearly when I signed up. Had I known this earlier, I would have taken timely action.
I feel cheated by this practice. Forcing customers to pay for services they are not even using — and not informing them about such billing rules in advance — is completely unethical. In my opinion, this is a clear case of unfair treatment and I would strongly caution others to think twice before choosing this company.

The paymeny system is very uncertain!!!
As I tried to pay for the hosting my payment was declined and their system considered me as a "Fraud". In 7 days, without any word, without any notification, without my permission!, they have withdawn money from my card. After I asked for money return I have not received any answer. The Ticket was created on 03/21/2025, and on 04/16/2025 still no answer. They do not understand what is honesty.

They are thieves...I have been with them for 13 years as a hosting reseller... before my subscription ends I cancelled my account for the 14th year because first they reduced my space from unlimited to 50 GB in the 8th year and second my clients had a lots of interruption and hacking. They cancelled my account as requested, but unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the automatic payment by PayPal so after few days from canceling, PayPal sent them the payment. For more than 2 months and I'm asking them to return my money. And several tickets were opened. One of their replies stated that they issued me a refund and it will appear in my account within 5-7 days. I suspected this reply because with PayPal the transfer appears instantly but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited, but as expected, nothing arrived. I kept contacting them but they never replied again. This company is a bunch of gangs and I do not recommend that anyone uses their services. They preferred to keep the $288 and give me nothing in return rather than be an honest company with integrity and honor.
