They billed me for hosting a website that no longer exists. Every other hosting business gives advance notice of payment due, these people just took an autopayment and then sent an invoice.
They have rejected my request for a refund even though I have no service listed with them in my customer console.
Stay away for them!!

Guys run away from this company! It's the worst choice really! I have a site for 3 years at this hosting. Every year i pay for my domain renewal 1-2 months earlier. And every year my domain is expired and my site is down. They tell me that the reason is a technical glitch! They are useless. They cannot fix the same technical glitch for 3rd year in a row. Except this, i have another client that im hosting his site at this company. I canceled his hosting plan 6 months ago and they renew it again! They ensured me that this will not happen but again, by their mistake, they charged my client for his hosting for 3 years more!
Now of course, he disabled the option at his paypal account and he does not let them to charged him again automatically. And they dont give him the money back! And of course they dont answer to the specific ticket! If you are wondering why i dont leave from this company... i had 3 websites and i transfer the 2 of them to another company. It remains only one because of my client. I waiting him to make a backup of his email first and then we will transfer his site. Run away from this company! It's the worst company in the world! Trust me!!!

DNS setting for email exchange: Excellent support!
The team initially thought the setting needed to be in Shopify when the issue was really with the DNS setting in Namecheap. Stacy was able to identify the problem and do the correct settings. This resolved the issue and I was able to set up my email exchange properly with MX, SPF, and other settings. Stacy was diligent and patient enough to understand the issue and resolve it. Thanks a lot, Stacy. It was nice to collaborate with you.
