I made two orders in this store, they strongly help with advice, if you do not know something. sending super-fast to Italy, and the prices are low. Very good store, I advise everyone for it, there is a discount coupon and offers for products. I will order more .

I have spent lots of money with W762 over the last couple of years and have been very pleased with the service they've provided. Items were always dispatched in a timely manner and packaged well.
One time I had an issue with a delivery company where the tracking didn't show anything and I had assumed they had lost the item; W762 immediately shipped out a replacement for me and kept me updated along the way. Their customer service rep is a very kind and patient lady named Michelle who was extremely helpful and responsive with any queries I've had.

TMC gear itself is very decent and is well priced for the quality. Its perfect for airsoft milsim use for those who don't wish to buy the genuine counterparts.

Previously I commented on great customer support, but now I am reviewing on great scope of products and product quality. I have purchased Multicam plate carrier, dummy plates, dummy arrest plastic straps, pouches,hydration mini backpack, Earmor headset and ptt...everything is really awesome.

Customer service is amazing, dealt with Michelle on the live chat who was more than helpful with my order, she went above and beyond for me and I truly felt like a valued customer.

We've been buying at weapon762 for a while now, and the experience has been amazing. The quality of the products is outstanding.

For our recent order we wanted to change a plate-carrier and a magpouch as the colour wasn't exactly what we expected. The help they gave us and, specially, the efficiency of all this, was trully amazing! From the customer care of the website to the attention provided by the warehouse here in spain. They called us up and even cared to send pictures to assure us that everything would be arriving properly.

nothing is in stock, it says usually restocks in 1/2 weeks. I've been waiting for over 2 months now for 8 different products to get in stock. Still nothing
