My experience with Weapon762 has been excellent. Their customer service was very good, and they answered questions that I had. Their prices are very good, and shipping is relatively cheap and quite fast even though it was all the way from Spain to myself in Canada. Their products are very high quality and I am completely satisfied with everything I purchased.

Weapon 762 is probably the best shop I had the luck to order from.
Their products are top quality and the price are the lowest you'll find.

I had an issue with Royal Mail when didn't receive the items for a few weeks after Weapon762 had sent them on. I emailed Weapon762 within a week and asked if they could anything to help, and they contacted Royal Mail, as did myself. Neither of us had any luck with getting replies. Weapon762 then suggested that they resend the items directly to me instead of using Royal Mail. On the same day, they were able to arrange new items (as the original were out of stock) and send it out to me. I am very impressed with the customer service as they have been fast to reply and incredibly helpful and polite.

On the website it says they restock within 1 or 2 weeks, but in reality it takes them over 6 months to restock on anything at all. If you ask about what is going on they will simply not answer your question straight

I have bought many items for airsoft from Weapon762 and they have always been great! On the odd occasion that there's been a problem the Customer Service staff have been helpful and polite.

Weapon762 are the only place I'm aware of who stock such a range of the TMC products at such a good price. I haven't had to have a massive amount of interaction with their customer service team as it's usually a very smooth process from purchase to the products arriving on my doorstep, but the couple of times I have had to contact them (last minute change of delivery address, forgotten passwords, etc. - all my fault!) they've been very friendly and extremely helpful.

Long story short, couldn't recommend more.
