I’ve had my car serviced at Waylands Reading for a couple of years and when I decided to buy a new Volvo I knew I’d use them. Service wise they are polite and efficient with a welcoming place to sit and wait. The service I received from Scott Williams and the rest of the Volvo team on purchasing my new car has been excellent from start to finish. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m also on my third Volvo XC40 which is an advert in itself for the car

Last year, we purchased my car from them and were so pleased with both the service and the quality of the car. When it came time to upgrade my husband’s car this year, we didn’t hesitate to return.

We contacted Jamin, and once again, he handled everything beautifully from start to finish. He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

We highly recommend them. Every question was answered patiently, and the quality of the car has exceeded our expectations — which is exactly why we came back for a second purchase.

Previously criticised Waylands Honda Cardiff for poor service, largely attributable to one staff member, who has now left. General Manager, James, unaware of issues until he read my review and was genuinely horrified by my experience. He contacted me and arranged to have the car back to resolve all issues. The mark of a good company is how they respond to problems and I could not fault James, who was polite, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Outstanding service.

Car picked up from home to be serviced.
Phil was our driver he phoned the eve before to say a time & he arrived on time. Phil was very polite & cheerful. When the the car was returned, he went through what had been done.
I would definitely recommend Waylands for car servicing.

We turned up on a busy Saturday with no appointment but the sales team were only too pleased to fit us in. Richard took time going through our options and even sorted an immediate test drive. Richard was excellent right from the moment we entered the Volvo showroom. He was attentive and listened to what we were looking for and arranged a test drive in no time. I purchased a used car from Waylands Volvo Swindon. I'm really happy with the car and it was just what I needed. There was a little issue with it post purchase but the sales manager Ollie Webb and Aaron Mather, the used car controller, really sorted it out promptly and with the minimum of fuss. Hands down, really decent chaps and would recommend a getting a car from them again.

All the staff i dealt with at Waylands were friendly, professional and straightforward. I felt I was getting a fair deal on my car purchase and trade-in.
