I’ve made 2 orders with wawak, the 1st order had 15 items and the 2nd order had 25 items. Both orders were shipped fast and had all the correct items but the thread snips I ordered had a nick in them. I emailed customer service and they responded right away and sent out a replacement that works perfectly. I’m impressed with their customer service and products so I will continue to order from here.

I used this company to order supplies shipped to a manufacturer. They sent me three boxes of thread and one was the wrong size and color. I contacted them about it and threating me to charge me for the incorrect thread if its not returned to them if they send me the correct thread. I told them I can't guarantee they get it back and this is their fault which they acknowledge. The customer support person said they can't just write-off $30 in product. So they insist on putting ALL responsibility on me for their fulfilment mistakes.

I am a crafter /sewer and have found all the things I need at Wawak, including a great pair of Fiskars scissors, seam binding by the roll in multiple colors, a bolt of double sided adhesive interfacing, and a rotary cutter. And don't even get me started on the variety of zippers that they have. I haven't bought the zippers yet, but I have my eye on a couple, and also sashiko supplies. Oh, and always get a lint roller. So handy in the sewing / craft room. Highly recommend for low prices, fast shipping, and exceptional customer service!

10 days to receive a shipment of thread. I paid about 25 bucks for 5 spools. Not a large order so they put it on the slow train. They will not even offer to upgrade the shipping if I pay for faster service. Every order under 35 dollars gets the 10 day service.

can't place an order on the website it CONSTANTLY throws up a catalog offer and demand for your email before you can proceed. canceled the screen 23 times before I was finally able to put something in my cart, went to check out and was back to the catalog/email demand screen. clean up the website!!

"I used to be a huge fan of Wawak's service and frequently recommended them to friends because of their excellent customer service and speedy shipping. However, I'm now facing delivery times of 9 or 10 days, even though I'm paying for shipping. This level of delay is unacceptable in 2024. For my sewing projects, I’d rather pay a bit more with a well-known competitor and receive my items in 2 days. A delay of 10 days, especially with a $5.95 shipping fee, is just not reasonable."

Wawak was the only company I could find that carries the zipper I needed to repair a purse. I liked that their website suggested a few more items that would help my project. Ordering was easy, things were promptly sent, no mistakes were made, the quality is good. The purse is back in use, I saved over $100 by doing this repair myself. Based on this first experience with Wawak, I recommend them.

Wawak Sewing and Supplies. They're good for thread. That's about it. They continue to send the WRONG parts. Two orders, both were wrong. And they're always out of what you need. Too much hassle to deal with. Not worth the drama. Find another vendor. Uggh.
