I recently purchased a TAG Heuer Carrera Heuer 02 Ayrton Senna from Watchfinder and I’ve been extremely impressed with the whole experience.
From the initial enquiry, the communication was excellent. Ed Brown was particularly helpful and professional throughout the process. I was able to discuss the price with him and, although we couldn’t quite reach my original offer, he went back to his manager and managed to secure a discount for me, which I really appreciated.
The watch arrived in excellent condition and was exactly as described. It came with the box, paperwork and accessories, and after inspecting the watch and documentation everything was exactly as I hoped.
What also gave me a lot of confidence was the service history from TAG Heuer, which was included with the watch.
I’ve bought watches before, but the level of communication and professionalism from Watchfinder made this a particularly enjoyable experience. I never felt pressured and Ed was always happy to help.
I’m absolutely delighted with the watch and would have no hesitation in buying from Watchfinder again.

after trawling the internet looking for the particular watch that had been on my wish list for many years I came across the watchfinder site and found the perfect one, ordering and paying on line was very quick and easy with next day delivery. I purchased an Omega planet ocean through Wztchfinder and the time piece is amazing. Unfortunately the box was damaged and once contacted Abigail got on the case and arranged pickup and a replacement box, cannot fault there service more than happy with these guys.

I recently sold my watch to watchfinder
I recently sold my watch to Watchfinder.
One of which was purchased from them.
After an initial quote I accepted and dropped it in to one of their boutique stores. They sent me an email advising the watch needed repairs of which would need to be sent back to the main dealer Cartier as it’s not something they could do and the offer was lowered. I replied advising what repair is needed as my watch is still under Watchfinder 24 month warranty to which they back tracked and said it needs a refurbishment. Not quite sure what that is? Either way I then accepted the offer on 02August in which they said payment would be made within 2-3 working days.
It’s now day 4 still no payment received.
I would advise not to sell your watch to Watchfinder, they quote reasonable offer then lowball you once they have your watch. I’ve chased payment and still nothing received.

Fantastic service selling my Rolex
Fantastic service selling my Rolex and a very easy and straightforward process. The only downside was the pick up service that ruined two of my days as I was sat waiting for their arrival and they didn’t turn up.
It’s much easier delivering the watch yourself as the guys in the Birmingham shop were excellent.
