Brilliant service end to end in dealing with Jordan. He’s a genuine professional with an obvious love for his job which makes the whole thing such a pleasure. He offered me what I thought was a fair price over the phone for one of my watches and then actually made the deal slightly better in store as the watch was in such good condition! Couldn’t be happier and I’ve already recommended Watches Of Henley St to many of my friends.

Purchased My first Rolex from Jordan & the lads today - 36mm datejust factory set diamond dial

I’ve got to say the best & most helpful rolex dealer I’ve been to! Full of knowledge nothing was to much trouble & added extra when purchasing!

This will be my watch shop of choice for all future watches & would highly recommend!

Where do we start! We went into this store looking for a long wanted watch and Jordan was so happy to assist!
After having a good discussion with Jordan he made a promise to source the required watch and absolutely kept to his promise, one day later Jordan txt us to say he had located exactly what we wanted and more!!
Friendly gentleman with the best customer service I have seen for a long time!
We went to the shop to collect the watch, again more than happy to help us, all staff very attentive and happy to say we walked out a very happy couple with a nice bottle of bubbly for Christmas!

Not the best customer service I have ever had , I asked if they would be interested in purchasing a rolex , without seeing a picture or the watch in person or even knowing the price they said they was not interested.
They also concluded from what I
told them that it required a new bezel.
They must have psychic powers.
Probably stick to using a bigger outfit like watchfinder as theyjust quoted me a price which was fair, shows why watchfinders stock is more diverse with more of a range.
It it was possible probably would have given no stars.
Guy I spoke to was a chap Called

Purchased our first Rolex from Watches of Henley Street today their service from start to finish has been absolutely fantastic. They are a wealth of knowledge whilst keeping things simple and easy for you when your like us and want to invest but don't really know what your doing ! No pressure to buy genuinely couldn't do enough for us with spot on advice. Would 100% recommend and return here when we are ready to buy another one. Thanks guys we will be back !

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Went into get my watch adjusted but what an experience it was for just that. An incredible showroom surrounded by the best watches and very welcoming, had a lovely conversation while he adjusted my watch with all the correct tools and treated my watch like it was his own. Highly recommend for all your watch needs.

Jordan is a top honest bloke, who keeps to his word, this is the second watch I’ve purchased from Jordan I feel both times Jordan has gone above and beyond to help me out and have a good deal with me, both times I’ve left more than happy with my purchase.

An absolute pleasure dealing with Jordan right from the beginning. He understood my requirements and price range and gave me good advice about each piece I was looking at.

They have an amazing range of watches with competitive prices and the knowledge about each piece & most importantly I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase anything & was treated like any other customer who walked through the door.

Aftercare was great, needed a couple links taken out, Simply called Jordan up, arranged a time and date and all was sorted.

Will definitely be returning once I’m ready to upgrade, cannot recommend Jordan & the team enough!
