I ordered a sink splashback which unfortunately was lost by the courier.(I live in the Highlands!) I emailed Greg who was brilliant & replied straightaway. He sent another one which arrived on time & well packaged. We absolutely love it! The colours are amazing & was so easy to put up with the adhesive, a matter of minutes.it is the perfect finishing touch to our bathroom & already has received so many positive compliments.

My order came within the time stated.. It was in one piece which was a bonus as it was a glass splash back.. I absolutely love it, can't wait to get it put up.. It will look stunning.. Would definitely recommend this company

Very pleased with service, fast response from online chat answering all my questions, Victoria was very helpful. I asked delivery to be delivered on a certain day and it come exactly on the day I asked. We are over the moon with splashback and chopping boards and will definitely be ordering more. Victoria kept in touch with me throughout my purchase, if I had any troubles or was unsure with anything Victoria would reply very quickly, I am not a buyer very much but when I spotted the splashback with the Highland cow I just had to order it, I loved it, I have not had it installed yet, but hope to have it installed soon. Great selection of splashbacks, really struggled to narrow it down! Finally decided on the green and gold leaf design. Placing my order was quick and simple. Delivery I believe was within 4-5 days. Item arrived well packaged and good quality. Went back and ordered the matching chopping board. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

While redecorating my kitchen, I decided that a decorative splash back would add a focal point. The designs of Warren Reed were very appealing, colourful and value for money. The landscape with stag matched well. Unfortunately, when it arrived, there was a problem with the location of the stag and it appeared that I had ordered the wrong size, though the quality of the product was excellent. I received a very prompt reply to my email. The representative from customer services was kind, polite and professional and we agreed that a replacement would be sent out. The whole process from receiving the initial splash back to receiving the replacement took less than a week. The representative kept me updated at all times. I really felt like a valued customer. The splash back is now in situ and looks perfect. It just goes to show that if a problem is handled correctly, there is no problem at all. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
