Katie and Belle In WOLVERHAMPTON store were absolutely amazing. I have been having trouble with the online system after my partner proposed with a ring that was far too big and they were so wonderful. Really helpful and kind and it was excellent to be able to speak to someone personally. Katie was truly very thorough and personable and they were both positive and made me feel valued and heard! She did not rush me and she was ensuring my ring size was correct and knew the importance of this. Please pass on my appreciation to this branch.

Nice looking jewellery , can look a little to yellow when against solid gold items but look the part

The delivery was quick but I wasn’t expecting it as I never received confirmation of my order like I have in the past. Even after the money was removed from my account. I tried to contact someone through the website 3 times to ask for confirmation of my order but no one replied to my messages and there is no phone number to contact only the website.

I love the piece but it wasn’t placed in the box, it was just kept in transparent plastic bag and not in the box directly… Got it for my girlfriend as a gift, but had to place it in the box herself… The presentation is not good enough. The delivery service was good.

Just received my second pair of Huggies earrings. Both pairs arrived promptly and I’m thrilled with both pairs.
Super easy to put in my ears. No little bolts to hold them in place!
They look great, I’m really pleased with them and the delivery was super quick.

All three bracelets arrived speedily and safely packaged. The two Stephanie bracelets were perfect but the chain type one was pretty but shorter.

I went in the shop in Chatham and they did not have what wanted in stock they suggested trying online and a couple of days later I got what I wanted.
