Morgan helped to sort my claim on Monday 21st August. He ensured that all the information and money that needed to be released was correct & that the dealership got paid the correct amount.
I can’t fault him, he called me multiple times to endure I was happy with what I would have to pay and what was the dealer would be getting . This all made me feel comfortable with working with Warrenty wise, he went above and beyond. Would highly recommend!
Thanks
Mr Hall

Took warranty, admin was amateurish to say the least! So I requested my money back within the 14 day period. They failed to respond to 4 emails from me and it took 2 weeks of complaints and threats of further action to their customer service team before I got my refund . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I rang Warrenty Wise to report a problem with my van and obtain an assessment form. The waiting time to speak to someone was about 8 minutes but it can be considerably longer (this wasn't my first attempt). Hamza was the chap I spoke to and he was excellent. He was polite, cheerful and patient and managed to explain the process simply and clearly. It is often a bit of a lottery when you ring up these types of companies (it can't be an easy job) but Hamza actually made it an enjoyable experience and it's obvious he's just a really nice person who went out of his way to provide good customer service. So, hopefully my repair claim will be approved but either way I hope Warrenty Wise appreciate Hamza.

Took out a plan that I was told covered my car for repairs at the start of July, tried cancelling it but for whatever reason it got revoked. I paid the first installment and it was almost like I hit the last nail into the coffin of my range rover sport. It broke down whilst travelling from west wales in August, I paid a mate £135 to get it to Promec 4x4 only to get told after a diagnostics that this was to do with fuel pumps, ejectors and fuel rail. After speaking with Promec I got hit with a potential bill of £7200.00. My chin hit the floor and Promec applied to warranty wise for cover towards the cost. Warranty wise told me later on that none of its covered , so the car I paid £18k for four years before was about to get scrapped as I couldn't cover the cost of repair. Be very careful using this company as they won't cover you .. I'm now waiting for the polite response of how sorry they are that I'm not happy with their service, when I cancelled the policy I was told not to worry as they'll waver the cancellation fee... so it looks like monies paid in also fell into the black hole of lies and bullshit. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Contacted Warrantywise regarding a fault with my son’s car. Prompt response received confirming that the car would be authorised for repair. There were a couple of issues regarding the procedure going forward that I needed some clarification with and spoke with Morgan from the Customer Support team this morning. Morgan was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable on the next steps needed which meant all the issues were resolved during the same call without the need to ring back. Great customer service and all round, thank you!

Platinum cover – be very careful what you think you are actually buying
Platinum cover – £1,907.97 left to pay myself on an accepted claim
I bought Warrantywise Platinum cover expecting a high level of protection. My starter-alternator failed on my 2020 Audi Q7 and Warrantywise accepted that the component was covered.
The repair bill was £3,730.77. Warrantywise authorised £1,822.80, leaving me £1,907.97 out of pocket.
I even chose a local garage with a much cheaper labour rate than Audi to keep the costs down. The replacement alternator was bought directly from Audi with no garage markup, yet Warrantywise decided the price they were prepared to pay for the part. They did not supply the cheaper part they say was available.
They also dictate the number of labour hours they will pay, regardless of the actual hours charged by your chosen garage. So while you may be able to choose your own repairer, that does not mean their reasonable repair bill will be covered.
They have also refused over £400 of coding required for the replacement alternator, stating coding/programming is excluded. I have asked them to show me exactly where this exclusion appears in my Plan.
I accept that a warranty has exclusions and I am not asking them to pay for coolant, O-rings or other items specifically excluded. My issue is being left nearly £2,000 out of pocket on a repair where the main failed component has been accepted as covered.
My advice is to look beyond the headline level of cover. Being able to choose your own garage sounds great, but if the warranty company then dictates what they think the part should cost and how many hours they will pay, you can still end up with a substantial bill.
I am currently escalating the complaint and will update this review with the outcome.

I dealt with Amy via the chat box tool on the website to open up a claim for an issue my car has recently developed.
Amy was understanding, and thoroughly explained the process involved with getting the claim started.
Hopefully the support continues to be 5* however time will tell. My skepticism comes from a previous extended warranty that I had taken out through a main dealer that wasn't worth the paper it was written on but after reading the reviews for Warrantywise I feel I am in good hands.
