Bought a Warmlite fire. Very happy but can't use it as cable only a metre long. Nearest socket 1.5 m . Warmlite were not helpful at all
So have an electric fire and frightened to use as it specifically says don't use a extension due to fire risk.

I've used Warmlite for bifold doors and soffits/facias over the past 10 years, since moving to the Surbiton area. I've seen them grow from essentially purely servicing the local area to being busy all over London. They still have the same honest pricing and absolutely brilliant customer services.
Installations have been scheduled, easy and with massive flexibility (e.g. arranging to leave the scaffolding up for an extra few weeks to allow the house to be painted).
After-care, follow-up for any snagging is normally within a few days. The most recent was a panel on the bifolds failing around 8 years after installation; a visit was offered the same day, with a new panel fitted within a couple of weeks, at a time convenient to me; no quibbling, no hassle.
John, Geoff, Kevin and everyone else, I can't praise them enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
