Could you please send over the dates and approximate times that you contacted Fairview following the installation, and also confirm how you contacted us?
We have checked our records and currently cannot find any emails received by our Customer Care team or any messages sent to our automated work number regarding this issue. If you can provide the details, we can investigate this further and establish whether any communication has been missed.
We would also like to clarify that the satisfaction note was signed following the installation confirming that you were happy with the work at that stage.
When our fitter subsequently attended to rectify the gasket, he advised that it appeared the threshold had been stood on, which had caused the gasket to pop out of position. Despite this, we attended and rectified the issue for you.
We do take comments regarding our customer service seriously, so please send over the details of your previous communication and we will look into exactly what has happened.

We only had 5 small sealed units…
We only had 5 small sealed units replaced. So we didn't spend a lot of money. But Fairviews staff still treating us as a valuable customer. We were very happy Right from the office to the installation. A 'Thank You' to Gill, Paula, obviously Tony, and the young gentleman in the showroom. We highly recommend Fairviews to any customer.

Fairview fitter (sorry I can't remember his name) was on time fitting the window and Rock Door, the quality and the design of the Rock Door is fabulous the fitter was polite professional.

Excellent from start to finish
After doing my research I chose Fairview due to being a family run local business with excellent reviews and I’m happy to say they earned every one of them reviews! The installation team was polite, professional, tidy and respectful of my neighbours. Their workmanship is second to none! The supporting staff from the surveyor to the office staff were so supportive the entire time and even the MD Chris. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for windows and doors and I’ll definitely use them again in the future ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worth every penny. Staff were very helpful at showing us what we needed. The quality of the door is amazing. The fitters did a very good job, cleaned up after themselves properly. Looks very neat and smart the way they used pvc plinths and adhesive.sep

Dean is the worst trade person I ever…
Dean is the worst trade person I ever worked with, hands down. Delayed the job for a year making up excuses about being ill. Came to measure the windows, charged £135 for half an hour, and then never came back to actually fit them. Had to store new windows in my house for 2 months while waiting for another builder. Turns out, Dean mismeasured 2 out of 5 the windows. Two window frames are over 60mm too short, and one replacement glass was also 3mm off. Re-ordering all of these costs hundreds of pounds. I asked Dean for a refund for his shoddy measuring job and never got a response. Avoid this guy like the plague, he's atrocious. If I could give him zero stars I would

This has happened before and could effect our business
Quality new windows and door
From the sales representative Steve to the fitters, everything was straightforward and professional. I changed my mind several times about the colours and design I wanted, but Steve was always patient and accommodating throughout the process.
The house looks fantastic and I am really pleased with the finished result. The fitters were excellent. There were a few minor issues, but these were rectified promptly the same day or the following day.
The team cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and made sure I was completely happy before they left. They also took the time to show me how to operate the new door, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall I am extremely pleased with the service and would definitely use Fairview again in the future.
