Don't bother ordering, they won’t send you the correct item. I made the mistake of ordering 5 times and 5 times I have got the wrong item. I’m sure this is a bait and switch method to send you items nobody wants in the hopes that you keep the incorrect item. This is a serious problem with Walmart. At least on FB market place you can see reviews from supplier before deciding to order from them.
300.00 air conditioner DUMPED on the step in the pouring rain.
I ordered a portable air conditioner. It was to be delivered on April 16. On April 13 I looked out the window and it was setting on my doorstep in the poring rain. NO phone call, no email, no text , no knock on the door, no door bell ...just dumped. The box was soaked, the manual and paperwork was soaked and THE MACHINE was soaked. I contacted Walmart CHAT and was just cut off half way through. Walmart could care less. THIS is Walmart customer service now. Temu and Amazon let you know your package is delivered so you decide.

Double Delivery Fees Issue

I am a very frustrated customer and I need an explanation for an ongoing issue with my Walmart orders.
Every time I try to order non-grocery items, I am being charged a second delivery fee. I do not understand why this keeps happening. It feels like I am being forced to pay double delivery charges for a single order.
What is even more confusing is that many of these items are not unusual or rare products. I have tested this multiple times with over seven different toothpaste options, and they are all available. I have also seen the same issue with Brita water filters, laundry detergent, and other basic household items. These are standard products, not special orders.
So if these items are available, why am I still being told that they come from a different warehouse and must be delivered separately, resulting in extra fees?
This is becoming very frustrating as a customer. It feels inconsistent and unfair, and I am being charged more simply depending on how items are categorized or shipped.
I would like a clear explanation of:
Why this happens so frequently
Why non-grocery items are separated this way
And why I am repeatedly required to pay double delivery fees
I am a loyal customer, but this experience is making me very dissatisfied. I need this issue addressed.

I ordered a bed on line from Walmart. Opened it a few days later .The box was missing 23 items .head board, inside slats . Called to have it returned .they wanted me to take it back to store. I am 70 its heavy and I don't drive. I been waiting a week for them to pick it up and get a refund. NOTHING

Customer service went,way way down cleanliness went out the door.
Many employees don't smile,or ask if we need any help.

On the floor jus, walking around doing things
3/4 of them male,and female could not speak.
Any English or French, especially this city the capital of Canada.
Should be able to, speak at least one of.
The official languages, before being Employed.
Especially like Walmart Canada,but this is not happening.

New phone plan

Walmart used to deliver to me but not any more.
I would rather buy from Walmart than Amazon but after a postal code change and Walmart not updating their database I got screwed around. Now they just state they won't deliver. I'm not that far (less than 20 km) but their screwing around after the PC change and lack of support trying to fix the problem left such a bitter feeling and now they flat out state they won't deliver. The fact that they were before makes me avoid shopping there even if I am in the area.
Missing items (lots of them)
Two times I ordered from them, didn't get what I paid for and had to wait 3-5 business days for my money back. I have only ordered from the three time total. Twice wrong? Not great.
Price Changed Drastically from Online Display to the Cart.
Saw a computer online during the afternoon and decided to purchase it. Showed a price and when I put in my cart the price drastically went up higher. So I decided to go out of the website and try to purchase later in case they decided to do an update at before 5.00Pm.
When I logged in back to the website 10 minutes later the price displayed was the same price I saw when I was going to purchase it.( the lower price). So I proceed to purchase again and same results, price was much higher than that displayed online for the computer onced I put it in my cart. Called Customer Service spoke to a agent who spent a long time then I asked for her name , she gave me her name. After a while she looked into it and said Oh the price went up yesterday and it takes a long to update. Took hours to update? After I asked for a senior personnel to talk to me. She disconnected the phone. This is very unprofessional and needs to be addressed immediately.More training is needed for agents in Customer service and no store should be changing Prices during the day while customers are shopping. This update should be done at midnight 12am.

I will NOT shop at Walmart anymore ! The Delivery service in Burlington Walmart is horrendous. I have had numerous issues and they don’t care ! You call customer service and they don’t care ! No resolve ! Then in the store at Burlington Walmart there were issues with my gift card. 8 Walmart employees could not help me . The assistant manager had an huge ego and was rude !

I ordered a vaccum cleaner on February 17th and recieved two picture frames instead. I paid $620 for this item. They send some one to pick it up on March 1st.
I had called them several times since.nobody knows what's going on. They keep saying you get your money back in 48 hours and yet that 48 hours to come.
I'm extremely frustrated with their system. Now I need a vaccum cleaner and have no money left. Still waiting!

i made a purchase with walmart online and I was charged a delivery fee of $16, the item was $30. More than 1/2 the price of the item. I called them to ask for a refund, I didn't want the item too much for shipping. I was told when it comes to me.... I could return it and get all money back, including shipping. Well when it came they did not refund all of it. I work next door to walmart and will never shop there again!
Missing items with no reund
Ordered my groceries on March 7. Received 2 items missing. Contacted support twice with no refund issued of the missing items despite admitting that they have an issue in quantity sent for many orders.
Not an English speaking, customer service agent
I called Walmart customer service this morning. I inquired about a recent credit that was supposed to be applied to my Walmart card. Unfortunately, I could not understand what the Walmart customer service agent was saying because of her heavy accent. next time I’m gonna ask for an agent that speaks clear English.

I never wanted a walmart rewards card until my girlfriend explained to me about it and then I applied and got accepted immediately.
I used it only ONE TIME and then the system completely blocked me for whatever reason. I called hundreds of times and it was the same old song and dance with them saying they will help me, email me, call me etc. I paid the balance in full very early hoping that maybe it will make my card work and it has been more than 30 days and still nothing. Today was the last straw today and I told them to close the account as I'm not wasting another 30 days or more being frustrated over something that doesn't even make sense. Walmart doesn't care about their customers. They will do anything to make you feel hopeful just to kick you down eventually.
