Very prompt delivery. A huge discount on what this paper retails at in the US...( Without which I wouldn't have bought!)and the little Chinese scenes in a cool green have transformed my bedroom from a boring magnolia into an exotic and restful retreat.

We purchased 10 rolls of Palazzo Galerie wallpaper which is supposed to be non-transparent. The walls were well prepped and the paper applied. Following drying it was apparent you could see marks through the paper in several areas. We complained to Galerie but got no positive response. We removed all the paper and re-prepped the walls and lined them. Then after purchasing more of the same paper and reapplying it then letting it dry some black blotches appeared. We complained again but still got a negative response. We are very disappointed with the outcome after spending such a large amount on the wallpaper!
This unfortunately has gone to the wrong company. It should have gone to Galerie and not Wallpaper Sales.

I honestly cannot recommend Wallpaper Sales highly enough.

I originally ordered my SketchTwenty3 wallpaper from one of the large decorating retailers more than two weeks before my decorator was due to start. Unfortunately, after weeks of waiting, countless delays and empty promises, they completely let me down and never delivered my order. It was an absolute disaster.

In a last ditch attempt to save the project, I called Wallpaper Sales as they had the same wallpaper listed on their website. I explained the situation and that I desperately needed it within 24 hours if my decorator was going to be able to continue.

Tash immediately took ownership of the problem. She wasted no time getting on the phone to SketchTwenty3 directly and, through what can only be described as a miracle, managed to get my order added to a dispatch that was literally being loaded while she was speaking to them. Less than 24 hours later, the wallpaper was at my door and my decorator was able to carry on as planned.

This is the sort of customer service that seems to have disappeared from so many businesses, particularly the large national retailers. Wallpaper Sales proved that genuine customer care still exists. They didn't just process an order; they went above and beyond to solve a problem that wasn't even of their making.

I still have plenty of decorating left to do, and I will now be ordering exclusively from Wallpaper Sales. Looking back, I only wish I'd gone to them in the first place.
