Chantelle saved the day!
Chantelle absolutely saved the day after our decorator told us we needed an extra roll of paper with a day's notice. She managed to locate one from the correct batch and express ship it. Her customer service was excellent and it was even cheaper than getting it directly from Gallerie (the manufacturer). I am a very happy customer

Quality Product and Great Service
I am very happy with the wallpaper that I purchased from Wallpaper Sales. It is real quality and was available at a very reasonable price. My initial telephone message query was dealt with speedily by Linda and I received my order within two working days. Great service.

Absolutely Brilliant
I can't recommend Wallpaper Sales enough. I was desperately trying to find extra rolls of a paper I already had and they could not have been more helpful, going to the warehouse to check the batch numbers, then dispatching so quickly, I was papering away the following day. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic and I will use them for all my papering needs now.

Can't praise this company enough. Bought wallpaper, ran out and they managed to source the batch I needed and get it to me the following day. They responded so quickly to my messages and couldn't do enough to help.

Don’t use this company
I wanted to return a new, unopened wallpaper and even though the return window closed,they have accepted a return from my friend and a partner recently. So why make an exception for one and not for other? Who does that? Is it because person behind the keyboard is just nasty or just simply in a bad mood? Very unprofessional . I would never ever recommend this company. There are companies that have 3 months return policy, as wallpaper won’t go off! So please use other companies instead.
They also state that you have to notify them within 2 weeks even though the return policy is 30 days. What a joke of a company.
Let me react to your reply. What a change of attitude, suddenly.
Websites that offer more flexible return policy with better customer service are not much more expensive, that’s a complete lie. Don’t try and mislead people.
Do not call it a good will gesture. You have breached your own policy!

If this is the case, we would like to clarify that we previously accepted a return from you as a one-time goodwill gesture, despite it being a few days outside of our 30-day return policy. A second return request was later made for a separate order — this time several weeks beyond the allowed return period — and was therefore declined in line with our policy.
Our returns policy is clearly outlined on our website. While we ask customers to notify us of a return within 14 days, we require the return itself to be completed within 30 days of receipt, unless the product is marked as non-returnable. We do occasionally offer goodwill exceptions, typically on non-designer items and where the timeframe has only just been exceeded, but this is entirely at our discretion.
If this review was submitted under an incorrect name or account, please contact our office with your order number so we can verify the details and respond accordingly.
We understand that some customers may prefer to shop with retailers offering more flexible return policies, though this often comes at a higher price. We aim to balance fair policies with competitive pricing and excellent customer service, and we appreciate all customers who value that approach.

Great selection of wallpaper and my order was delivered really quickly. I needed some support from them so contacted them directly and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They found out the information I needed and called me straight back. Very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Buying and returning wallpaper
The wallpaper I ordered arrived very quickly. It was a great price per roll. I had ordered one too many rolls and the process of returning the extra roll was easy. Called & spoke Angie told her we bought paper in march & after getting through the top landing & stairs our decorator realised his mistake & we were 2 roll short. Angie looked up the sale on the account & after getting the batch code from us she then went to find the rolls they had in stock and amazingly they matched 👏 she then rushed them out that day & they arrived the next afternoon, saved me a massive headache. Perfect customer service, speedy delivery
Absolutely incredible customer service, answered the phone straight away and instantly started to resolve my issue. Genuinely made everything so simple and made me feel like it was no trouble at all. The delivery is INSANELY quick, literally not even 24 hours later and the products are amazing. I would 10000% recommend and would only consider shipping here for wallpaper now.

Great service and communication
Great service from Angie and another lady (Charlotte?). They reserved the wallpaper I needed twice so that I could sort other things out first.
Order process was very smooth. Amazing speed of delivery from ordering late on a Friday and it was here by lunchtime on the Saturday.
Price was great too.
Communication was extremely friend and super efficient.
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service form Linda and Debbie
I needed some wallpaper in a hurry and the paper we wanted was on display in a well known DIY superstore but but we could only buy on line with several days delivery. Instead I called Wallpapersales and talked to the very helpful Linda. They had the paper in stock at 75% of the price with free next day delivery! The paper arrived as promised. For reasons I won't go into I needed a further two urgent deliveries. Fortunately they still had the same batch in stock and Linda and very positive Debbie ensured that they would be delivered the next day, which they were.
Cannot recommend the customer service highly enough, a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely use them again.
