Beautiful quality
I was able to source exactly the wallpaper I wanted at a good price. It was safely delivered to a third party where it was needed to paper the backs of very tall kitchen cabinets.

We experienced a delay and decided to go in a different direction. I requested a refund, but the wallpaper was sent anyway, and it cost more to return it than the value of the package.

We are disappointed to receive your negative review. The warehouse team had already prepared your order for shipment when you inquired if it were possible to cancel. We did not hear back from you for three days and then we were unable to cancel since the package had already shipped. We advised that it would have been possible to refuse the delivery, but you said you were away and unfortunately the package was delivered. The package was delivered in 10 business days which was within the timeframe promised at order confirmation. Many Canadian customers make returns and it is not always cost prohibitive, so we are not sure why it was so expensive. We apologize for this issue and we are willing to offer you a discount on a new order. You are welcome to contact our customer service team if you wish to accept our offer.

When I thought about choosing and ordering wallpaper online it seemed a bit risky. I found nothing in our local area that would work for us. So I started looking online and after a few sessions on the computer I found what I thought was right for that wall. There was no risk as you provide free samples plus postage. The sample did take 3 weeks to come so I missed the sale, but it was the right wallpaper for us. I bravely ordered what was needed, and we appreciated the measurement guide provided. We were given a first time purchase discount, which helped. Within 5 days the wallpaper arrived. It's beautiful, exactly what I wanted. It went up on the wall quickly and easily according to my installer (my husband). We are very happy with the result. Thank-you for making it easy.

Best price and sold by the double roll
I love that the wallpaper was sold in dbl. Rolls instead of single rolls. That never made sense to me anyway. To sell it by the single roll, but you have to order double rolls?
The paper arrived quickly and our hanger had no trouble with installation.
I had researched my paper from other companies and yours came out the least expensive.
