The dispatching and shipping was so fast, ensuring products arrive fresh and safely. My order was well packed. I only ordered a couple of items but am so happy with the service I received so look forward to using this company again in the future.

My first time ordering with Wei Yee Hong and so I ordered a small amount just to check them out.
I am so impressed. Communication is fantastic. Delivery is super fast and everything came so well packaged that there’s no way anything is going to be damaged. They carry all my favourite products and the prices are so reasonable. I am super happy to have discovered them and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Found this store online after my local Chinese supermarket closed down. Easy to use website. great selection of goods, not usually found in European supermarkets and some interesting items to try.
Ordered Wednesday, goods arrived today (Friday) on their standard delivery service. Can't beat that. Items individually wrapped and whole box packaged well. No spills, no breakages - Thank you.
Will happily use this service again, once I have got through my gallon of sweet chilli dipping sauce and Pearl River light soy sauce!

I recently bought 26 items from Wai Yee Hong's very wide range of Asian foods - which were all delivered quickly and safely. Love the full ingredient details given for each item, so you can check before buying. Great eco friendly packaging eg paper/card protection of glass jars. Definitely recommended, will shop here again.

Superb. A problem I've had with other mail order companies is tins arriving badly dented. No chance of that here - you would not believe how well packed the goods are! Very fast delivery, amazing range of stock, for vegetarians like me this place is heaven.

This is the second time I have ordered from Waiyeehong.com as it is difficult to go to the Chinese supermarket due to this pandemic. Both time I am very happy and satisfied with the quality and super speedy delivery all the way to Scotland.
Prices are reasonable and they make the effort to pack glass bottle products in cardboard AND newspapers as well as polystyrene to cushion it in the box so it will be very unlikely to break during delivery. Everything was delivered in a very secure and sturdy box.
My mum is very happy that she is able to make healthy soup for us now lol.
I definitely recommend this company and will continue shopping here.

Excellent store that sells an amazing selection of foods, and at reasonable prices. Super fast delivery, even in these difficult times. Packaged sensibly, with lots of recycled packaging, and bubble wrap where needed. Artistically wrapped and stuffed like a gift.
Never experienced any damages, nor missing items.
Very happy with this well run company, and will continue to use.
