Generally smooth and painless.

Generally, all the admin went smoothly. Wagonex is a “hub” through which other companies use and this is not the first time I have used Wagonex. The company I was linked to by my choice of vehicle was Drivalia. Although the car I was allotted was a few years old and a little battered (by a previous client’s accident), it was otherwise a good vehicle and suited for my purposes. Despite the rims also being scratched, and the “markings” on the vehicle receipt form being covered in representative damage, I’m sure plenty were not noted. It would not have been possible. Despite my misgivings that costs could be arbitrarily added on handing back, it all went smoothly and I had no need to have worried as “All Good” was marked on the return form. Quick, painless and honest. I had the vehicle from 8 Jul to 6 Oct.

Do not recommend. Worse company if you suffer from mental health and need support.

Absolutely disgusted. I explained to the team I had been in hospital due to mental and losing a baby and explained my situation. They bypassed I was a vulnerable customer and I explained my new address was allowed to be known as I was moved as per police recommendation due to an issue with my family… they called me when I was out with my friend who took me out for the day due to my mental health and they recovery team were outside my new address and the poor team felt so bad when I broke down in tears as it resulted in me not being able to go to work as I am a community care worker so I no longer have a job. No one told me the car was being collected and I livid the way I have been treated. Quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to help you.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish. I had a subscription car from Wagonex for a period of 18 months in total. Delivery and collection were seamless, customer service when I needed them were incredibly helpful, and there was simply no stress whatsoever. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Lack of customer support

Have left me high and dry to arrange collection of my car by myself. Whats the point of this company selling subscriptions if they don't even provide a basic on hire / off hire support.

Amended my review from 1 to 4 stars. It shouldn’t have taken a 1 star review for support but they fixed it up in the end.

Really simple and competitively priced…

Really simple and competitively priced service. Service was great and I got the car 24 hours later. Partner firm Evogo were also great to deal with. Car is brand new and drives brilliantly.

DO NOT USE! Wagonex outsourced the vehicle lease to…

Wagonex outsourced the vehicle lease to My Car Direct who are an atrocious organisation. The very expensive Tesla was delivered covered in scratches, so many so that the delivery people were laughing out load and even said “you can scratch the wheels as much as you like because they are so scratched already, no one would even notice”. I was left shocked and extremely disappointed after being excited to have my first Tesla. There were teeth marks or something that resembled teeth marks in the back in the upholstery and foot marks/scratches on the back of the front seats. Just embarrassing.

Then the one and only Key provided (shaped like a credit card) snapped in half on day 2 (before the keyless app entry was approved), (the key card must have been weak because I only look it out of my pocket without force and it crumbled), meaning we were locked out of the car for 2 days waiting for the app approval to be granted. The car had been left out side our house in the way of big vehicles so we were stressed about the idea of not being able to move it before the bin men came! Luckily the app gave approval for remote access in time.

We complained. I was told that the vehicle isn’t new and that I should maybe adjust my expectations but they agreed to put on a waiting list to receive the next one available. A month and a half later, I called again to see when we would be likely to receive a new one and I was informed I hadn’t been put on the list but they would add me now. I complained that I had been misled, the response was, well you haven’t called to follow up very soon so we didn’t think you really wanted one.

I phoned Wagonex to complain about My Car Direct as they introduced us and they said it’s nothing to do with them. Not the attitude I’d expect. No one even offered to try and help. They said I had no way to get out of the subscription either. My only option was to give notice 2 weeks before the end of the subscription and give the car back after completing the full 6 month contract.

It’s just not the service or experience I’d expect when engaging on a subscription to receive a prestigious brand of vehicle like Tesla.

The whole experience was horrendous. I would never use either company again.

I have had a car subscription for 16 months

I have had a car subscription with Wagonex for 16 months; I arrived in the UK with zero credit score, no UK drivers licence history and no residential history in the UK; Wagonex together with MyCarDirect delivered the vehicle within 2 weeks of my application (brand new) to my office door in the UK and Ive only experienced prompt, professional and helpful service. the vehicle was collected today as Ive now purchased a vehicle. I can highly recommend Wagonex and their partners MyCarDirect who handled the financing and delivery and maintenance of the vehicle. Thanks guys for a brilliant rental / subscription solution for a newcomer to the UK which has served me hugely this past 16 months.

Wagonex is an intermediary

Wagonex is an intermediary. In my case, the actual rental was handled by “MyCarDirect,” whose customer service left much to be desired... They initially gave me a car with many problems, and it took them a long time to replace it. They did not compensate me at all for the time I had and paid for a car that didn't work.
In addition, I received a fine (which I challenged because it was an error) and was charged £40 by MyCarDirect simply for forwarding it to me.

While Wagonex itself isn’t "bad", it’s important to know that they are just a bridge to the actual provider and don’t take much responsibility after that. If you encounter issues with the third-party provider, you’re mainly on your own.

- Very quick delivery
