Really helpful staff in Wrexham branch.
Jodi and Neil in the Wrexham branch were extremely helpful to me today. I had been so worried as my mobile is vital in caring for my mother. They gave me the info and advice needed and set me up with a new simple phone to suit my needs. Very grateful for being able to get help face to face. My partner and I have been into this branch before and on all occasions found Jodi and all other staff very friendly and very helpful. Thank you very much.

Chloe is a superstar
I came in supporting a vulnerable member of society, and we are both so greatful we had Chloe as our 'helper'
She spoke directly to Claire, something that doesnt often happen when we are out, took the time to explain everything simply, clearly and explained all our options. Chloe is a credit to your team and we will look out for her in future when we next come in :)

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE
My old phone battery was failing on my old Huawei phone which I have had for 5 years so a new phone was the best economical option for me. I looked at all the offers a while ago & bought a Samsung Galaxy A14 which now had £70.00 off so unexpected bonus & was my original choice. I was served by Neil at the Wrexham Vodafone store who was excellent in setting up my new phone and answering all questions including signing into my home WiFi so all downloads could be completed & giving helpful advice & tips too so the whole process was a great experience for me with no hassle at all.
