Instore vs cold call

Everything was explained at a decent speed, another reason I prefer going in store. Over the phone you miss half of what is said because they just speak too fast.

I went into the Wrexham store to just enquire about the cost of changing my wife's phone. I was served by Shauna who was brilliant at explaining the options that I had and what the difference was between the various phones.
I was impressed with one phone and it's cost and agreed to buy it.
I then tentatively asked Shauna about costs to change my phone and once again she explained about my options and the different phones in a really clear and precise way. Needless to say I also changed my phone.

We are a forgotten community
We are a forgotten community! Half way between two cities - Chester and Wrexham - we have a mobile signal which flops between "1 bar" and "no service". My phone is virtually useless for voice communications. Very frustrating for visiting trades people and residents who work from home. This is a problem that has been with us for many years. Jodi talked me through my options in changing my phone & broadband package ~ she was fully conversant with the different handset capabilities & presented everything in a friendly & understandable manner.
I've had a Vodafone contract since Feb 2002 & believe Jodi had been a staff member since before this date.
I hope she stays around for my next upgrade!!

I lost my phone whilst on holiday and…
I lost my phone whilst on holiday and was trying over several phone calls either Vodafone to sort the issue, I was advised to go to a shop as the issue could not be sorted over the phone for some reason. I went tho the Wrexham branch and was served by Melissa who was so helpful and knowledgeable and sorted the issue, and new contracts out within 20 minutes, she also charged my phone me and ensured everything was working before we left and explained everything really well. Would go to the shop again after this experience
