Paid for a phone I never received
Went into my local store to upgrade my phone. After signing up for the new phone they tell me that they don’t have it in stock in store but can order it to the store for collection. However when I tried to collect the phone on three separate occasions thy won’t allow me to collect my phone due to “technical issues”. Asked to cancel and they said they’d have to raise it with customer services.
Never heard back from the store after asking to cancel. Called up customer services on twice to be told both times that it’ll be cancelled and I’ll receive a refund in 24/48hrs only to still not receive my refund. It’s been over a month since initially ordering my phone and am £50 down and still no phone.
Will most likely be looking to change to another provider if this doesn’t end up being resolved.
