Eastern European countries have better connection
Well, I've switched from Three to Vodafone for about 2 weeks and it's terrible.
I've got the "uncapped" mobile data contract and it's rather capped at 20-40 Mb/s which is WORSE than Three that had outages for 5 to 10 minutes but when there was internet connection, it showed 150-250 Mb/s.
Vodafone does have a more consistent connection but it's very slow. Waiting for a website or YouTube video to load
20-30 seconds each time (if they load at all)? Gimme a break in 2024.
Horrible.
Most of the time (ca. 90%) I'm in 4G.
And they beat their chest about 5G (ultra).
I live 10 minutes from Nottingham city centre (by car). Even in the city centre the data is very slow.
But if your 4G is crap, how can your 5G be any good...??
And I thought Three was horrible.
Now I'm trying to get out of it but I don't know what provider to choose. They all seem crap.
England is a Third World country when it comes to many things, including mobile data.
And please, please Vodafone, don't reply to my review because you'll send me some generic crap message that won't solve anything. And I'm not gonna read it, anyway.
Hopeless.
I don't get the positive reviews. They must be paid for or something.

Visited a Nottingham Vodafone store a…
Visited a Nottingham Vodafone store a couple of weeks ago to get some advice on moving the internet contract to a new place and sorting out mobile internet options for the meantime. Had a very good experience, Tom and Rich were very helpful, professional and friendly. As stressful as these visits might normally be, this one was an opposite. 10/10, would recommend :)
