I’m absolutely delighted with the website the team built for my company. From the initial discussions through to the finished website, they were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

They took the time to understand my business and what I wanted the website to achieve, and the end result is even better than I had hoped for. The website looks fantastic, is easy to navigate and really represents my company in the way I wanted it to.

VizionOnline have build four websites for me over a period of 15 years. The results were always excellent as they always went above and beyond expectations. The website build process can at times be daunting and I found not only their professionalism but also their due care and patience to have been exceptional. Whilst I had my own ideas of what I wanted it was their awesome creativity that gave me results far beyond my wildest imagination. And then there's the ongoing maintenance service that is comforting... taking care of my website hosting and also marketing and advertising campaigns. Overall a 5 Star quality service.

Incredible unprofessional and arrogant service. I requested a quote, unfortunately they were not able to ask me all the jobs they could have quoted. They lost the job because they were expensive. As a result I received a call from the sales team offending me for not having told them what I needed, and aggressively blamed me (the client) for their inability to ask their clients' needs. As this wasn't enough... the arrogant sales man put the phone down on me. They really need to review their professionalism and respect to people. I am not sure how they will survive with so much competition. I am so glad we didn't do any business with them. I will avoid this company at any costs. I would give zero stars, but that was not possible.

The team at Viziononline worked well with our tight budget and produced a professional looking website. They were very responsive and worked to sort out any technical issues once we went live.

I cant express our sincered thanks to all the team for getting this project in on time and on budget.

Special thanks to Juliet who has been a absolute darling going the extra mile to make this happen.

We are due to lauch our our catalogue in Spring 2019 and i hope this will be a seamless as the website has been.

I have to say this has been positive experience with a great outcome. Our website is clean informative and conveys exactly what we expect our prospects to see so we are impressed.

Took a little longer than expected but then again that was down to us not coming back to the team on things we had to sort out internally but overall it’s been pretty good and we have ended up with a professional website.

Very nice and polite people to talk to over the phone (when they call you). They will promise you the world and persuade you to spend money on additional services and add-ons but that's where it all ends!
After almost a 2 years of spending over £12000, I asked for a small favor the answer was we not a charity shop i have lots to tell about them.....
But thr bottom line. Stay, well away from anything to do with this company. You will waste your time and money but will not get anything from them. You are better off not having a website then using them. Alternatively go elsewhere.

Yep ... we’re happy our website that Vision online created for us and all in good time ready for our exhibition in Earl’s Court.

I have been working in a place who used viziononline and i followed closely how they deal with costmers im really shocked I just realise they responded to my review that they never dealt with me so please look over my review I clearly said that I have been working in that place who used vizion online and what I heard and saw when they ask you for a small favour the customer service didn't want to do that

We are pleased with our main website and branded micro site that VizionOnline created. The service wax second to none and Juliet was really helpful with everything from start to finish.
