Inappropriate behaviour (head of credit Singapore)

I interacted with Vitol as an external counterparty and had an uncomfortable experience involving inappropriate behavior from one of their representatives, the Head of Credit from the Singapore office. I raised the issue to other surrounding employees at the location, but I felt that my concerns were dismissed.

I hope Vitol strengthens its internal ethics and accountability processes to ensure external partners are treated respectfully and that similar issues are addressed appropriately in future.
