Customer Service isn’t bad but the prices are. COMPLETE RIP OFFS!
They refuse to take Discover debit cards on which I get cash back. Theyre so greedy they cant let a poor person get a couple extra dolllars. They make me use my bank account numbers instead. What happened to paying the state for electricity? This company damaged my credit and lied about letting me use my debit card. They need to be replaced. Dont move to southern wisconsin and make friends because you'll be stuck with this albatross scott walker probably cut a deal with. Id rather pay the state and have the money go back into the community.
