Problem with order not arriving

I had an issue with my order not being delivered and Mediea immediately found out the reason why it had not arrived. She put in a replacement order and will send it out as soon as possible. The problem with the order was resolved quickly and I am very pleased with the results. Customer service reps like Mediea are one of the reasons I continue to order from VisaPrint. I appreciate her and the time she took to help me out.

Tags came out great

Tags came out great. Only thing that was annoying is when customizing the tags, when you add a text box it is difficult to get the right size font.

The designer had a few great idea ready when I logged in!

The designer had a few great ideas ready for me when I logged in, even with invormation I had not included (like the website, for example). Incredible value! Agent was personable, pleasant and very efficient!

Absolutely thrilled with my new…

Absolutely thrilled with my new business cards! I ordered a bunch probably 15+ years ago. When I tried to re-order more, I was told I’d need to redesign them because the program I used way back when, isn’t available anymore. I’m pretty tech-tarded, so I thought I was screwed. That’s when I saw for $10, I could communicate with someone on their end and they’d do all the designing. I needed some editing done too since my old address needed to be updated. I took a pic of my old card, told them what I wanted and where I wanted it, and boom! 24 hours later they sent me what they came up with. It was PERFECT! I went with glossy this time and I love how they came out. So happy that I didn’t give up and found that in-house design service.

The day after I submitted my order

The day after I submitted my order, I thought of some changes I'd like to make if it wasn't too late. On chat Maricar C. was soooo helpful. She checked to see if I was on time to make changes...I was. And then, using her innate creative abilities, she patiently stayed with me as long as it took to help me create a design I was happy with. Sally Blaser

Zero Stars - You won't receive your items on time

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered a banner with expedited shipping to receive 5 days prior to my event. Once not received by the expected date, I reached out only for Vista Print to say that they couldn't get it to me until the day AFTER my event. Additionally, no update was in my order status and reflected that it was still arriving on the original date expected. Further, the CSR tried to say that they sent me an email regarding an issue. There was no email from them in my inbox, junk or spam, so they tried to blame me for the problem. No effort was made to rectify the issue, so now I'm left to scramble to see if I can purchase somewhere else in time. Horrible experience.

VistaPrint for the win! As a small business owner, I’ve trusted them for years. I recently had an issue with 500 business cards where the QR code wasn’t working, and that’s a big deal for my business. VistaPrint stepped in, resolved the issue quickly, and made sure I was taken care of. That level of customer service matters, and it’s why I’ll continue to use them moving forward.

Above and beyond in customer service

I had an order that said it had been delivered but it wasn't there in my mailbox. So I use the online chat at 9:30 at night and the gal I got was completely amazing and made everything right.
She was pleasant and handled the situation right away.
I love that there is still good customer service out there!
