I've used Vistaprint for my company's…

I've used Vistaprint for my company's business cards, rack cards, and posters for 20 years now. They've always come through and if there's been some sort of small error they have made it right. Shipping is always fast and easily tracked through ups.

Nike polo with embroidery

Ordered Nike polos with custom embroidery. The lead time was very reasonable. The product we received matched the proof they sent us. In all the process was very simple and the communication from Vista Print was very effective.

I experienced an issue with my business…

I experienced an issue with my business card order—the text came out much smaller than I expected. I contacted chat support, and James Mathew F handled it right away by arranging a replacement without any hassle. The whole process was smooth, quick, and very helpful. I’m really impressed with the customer service. Thanks, James! I’ll definitely be sticking with Vistaprint going forward.

Chat Feature (AngelicaRoseL) was fabulous

I used your chat feature because I wasn't sure I was ordering correctly, and I wasn't. Not only did AngelicaRoseL help me figure out my first questions, but she helped me figure out what I really needed to make my signage last for a long time. She was amazing and deserves a nice raise!

The experience with John Lester was…

The experience with John Lester was absolutely wonderful. He assisted me with correcting and editing. Angelo was great, also though I got cut off due to he had to wait on me while I was trying to login with ID VerifyMe. That system locked me out due too many failed attempts but my email and password was correct. I was unable to get my Veterans discount.

They fixed my screw up

They fixed my screw up! I royally messed up. I made an order that was extremely time sensitive and I failed to update my address. It was a mistake that was totally on me. I reached out to CS and chatted with Jino. The order had already been shipped so it could not be canceled or redirected. Just when I thought I was going to have to eat the cost of the order Jino checked to see if there was anything he could do to help me out. He offered me a one time courtesy to give me an account credit so that I could re-order the items. He even went so far as to reorder them for me and update my address for me. Jino went above and beyond.

Issue Resolved Immediately!!

I had an issue with my business card order — the text printed much smaller than expected. I reached out to chat support and James Mathew F resolved it immediately with a replacement order, no hassle at all. Quick, easy, and genuinely helpful. Really impressed with the customer service. Great Customer Service

VistaPrint…never fails to amaze me

I have been a customer of Vista Print for many years. I helped a friend buy business cards, Logo tshirts and Car Magnet signs.

My designs had some problems with color not being consistent. My eyes are not good. I have cataracts. I reached out. Jocelyn B helped me. She cleaned up the issues with my design in a heartbeat. The designs are now professional and they look amazing. Thank you Jocelyn and thank you Vista print.
