Very helpful with complex forms. Very responsive to questions at first. I felt as though I left in limbo during the last part of the process while waiting for an approval. I had an issue with a form that was my fault and wanted to know if I could correct it, but didn’t hear back. It all turned out good because I got my visa.

I would give zero stars if I could. The service was terrible, and they repeatedly provided false information—I had to obtain accurate details on visa requirements from another VISA company. VISAHQ charged me an additional fee after my visa was approved, justifying this by saying, 'Our website is not accurate.' Over the phone, employees were unable to provide answers to questions in real time. The entire process took over a month and was made more stressful by the lack of knowledge from employees at VisaHQ. My visa application was successful because of my own research and decision not to rely on information provided by VISAHQ employees.

Despite having ample time for the team to follow up on our visa request, we have not yet received the visa on time, and the delay impacted our plans significantly.

It was very quick

The process took so long and it finally finished on the Thursday before my trip. The passport was overnighted to me for Friday arrival and I had a Sunday departure date ( 2 days later).
At 4:50 PM my passport had not arrived on Friday and i tried to call the office but was on hold, then got disconnected and called back only to be put on hold again. THen I finally found the Fedex tracking number and saw the wrong address was written on the Fedex label. they planned to deliver the following monday but as I said i was leaving on Sunday so i had to drive 30 min to the fedex facility that had my package.

I've been using VisaHQ for years and have always been impressed with the professionalism of the staff as well as the turn around time. I especially want to thank Judelyn for her exceptional service in helping me prepare my documents for submission.

I was very disappointed. I thought I met all the needed criteria to obtain a visa in a relatively short time. However, while my wife received her visa within 3 or 4 days of her initial application, I was subjected ro a series of additional requirements including a lengthy medical examination process. After completing all requirements on March 10, I was told that the consulate had up to 30 business days to make their decision, this although I submitted a reservation for travel to Australia on March 21 which is only 8 business days after the start of the count, which left my wife and I no other solution than to cancel the business class tickets which cost us more than 10,000 US$ each and which we had paid for more than a month earlier. Moreover we had to cancel the tickets for other flights with penalties.
I am disappointed that your agency did not alert the consulate of the urgency of the matter and I wonder if we wouldn’t have reached a better outcome if we had submitted our application directly to the consulate with which we had no means of communication after we submitted it through you.

My experience was so smooth. Ma Katrina was assigned to me. She made the process so easy. I submitted my documents, and she processed the visa in just a few days. The end result being I'm ready to go with no visa complications.
