I reached to Visahq to apply for a visa to go to nicaragua the spécialiste support to assist when I email her when she available for consultation she never respond back so I chat with them online and the guy told me she is out of the office for personal emergency as am pregnant I have restricted weeks to travel and my time was limited so my partner help me out with the visa I was so stress I finally managed to get my visa on my own so when back to them to ask for refund as I did not received any consultation how to get my visa the lady told she will issue my request and get back to me I wait for 1 month when I when to my visahq account the closed my application and stated visa approved when they did nothing regarding my visa not even consultation i done everything by myslef I message them back they told me the spécialiste and the agent issue my request is not in the office will reached back to me tomorrow then I see the chat was closed so I message them again the agent told can't process with my refund as the consultation service is done. They take my money without service and don't want to do the refund sorry I will look for a lawyer to sue you guys you take my money and lied about consultation is done.

We have conducted a detailed review of your file and the communication history. Our records show that we were eager to connect with you early in the process; consultation invites were sent on January 7th and again on January 19th. Unfortunately, as these invites went unanswered, we were unable to provide the initial guidance intended for your application.

However, we also recognize the breakdown that occurred later in February. While documents were being processed on the 18th, your specialist’s subsequent personal emergency created a gap in communication at a time when you were facing an urgent deadline. We sincerely regret that a backup specialist did not close that loop with you effectively.

Regarding your refund: We hear your frustration regarding the "service completed" status. While preparation work was done on the backend, we acknowledge that you did not receive the face-to-face consultation session and ultimately secured the visa through your own efforts.

Because of the unique circumstances and the communication gap in February, we are overturning the previous decision. A refund for the consultation service has been approved. You will receive a confirmation email shortly, and the funds should appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

We wish you a very safe and healthy pregnancy and a smooth journey to Nicaragua.

Absolute Pathetic, they work like scammers

This consultancy was a complete waste of time and money. Communication was limited to email only—no calls—despite repeated attempts.

I approached them for support with a Singapore visa application from Germany. They charged me €190 for “visa consultancy” and €30 for a “business letter.” The business letter I received was extremely generic and low quality, and the consultancy support was essentially copy-pasted information that is already publicly available on the Singapore consulate/official website. There was no meaningful guidance, and they did not help with filling out the application forms.

After I ended up preparing everything on my own, they told me I would need to apply through an agent anyway. If that was the case, I don’t understand what I paid them for in the first place.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company for visa services.

This place is shady, not recommended

This place is shady and I would not recommend it. I was urged to upgrade my application and pay to overnight my passport, and after 4 days of checking with them about the status the agent just said "I am currently uncertain about the accurate response to your request" and would get back to me, which he never did.

There is still no clarity on processing times and they continue to be evasive and won't answer simple questions directly. When I call no one answers and I'm stuck in limbo wondering if this place is legit.

Update: Although the reply says a manager would reach out, after 5 days that still hasn't happened. Also, the agent said my passport was submitted March 27th, but both the system and the reply have reported it wasn't submitted until April 1st, 4 days after my priority overnight mail landed in their hands. Again, there is way too much variance and confusion with their communications, and also it appears that someone is lying about the actual submission date.

The "Two-Step" Process & Processing Times: The difficulty in providing a fixed timeline is due to a recent change in how the Chinese Consulate operates. They have implemented a mandatory Preliminary Review (COVA) system. We are required to submit your digital application first and cannot send your physical passport to the embassy for final issuance until the Consulate clears this initial stage. Because the Consulate controls this timeline, we are often at the mercy of their current volume, but we clearly should have been more transparent with you about this wait time.

Regarding the Upgrades and Shipping: Our team recommended overnight shipping because, under the new two-step system, every day counts. Once the Consulate clears the preliminary review, having your physical documents and a pre-paid overnight label ready allows us to move instantly to the final submission phase. However, we realize that requesting these payments without providing consistent updates made the process feel evasive rather than proactive.

Current Status: Your application was officially moved to the Submitted phase on April 1st. We are monitoring the Consulate’s portal daily for the approval needed to send your passport in for the final stamp.

This company took my money

This company took my money , never answered their phone : after threatening emails . They finally answered to email . They took along time to send my information to the visa office after multiple threats: they finally got my visa that I could not use because the visa came with an expired date before my departure: I gave them my tickets before they applied with my travel dates but I got a visa that I could not use : I lost the money for my trip to Nigeria: also, I lost the money I gave them for the visa and the Nigeria consulate.

This company need closing down : if you use them you will be sorry :

Immediate Action on Validity: When your first e-visa was issued by the authorities on October 27, we immediately noted that the expiration date provided by the government (January 11) did not cover your February travel. We contacted the authorities the very next day to request a correction.

Government Restrictions: The Nigerian Embassy informed us that a new application could not be processed while a "valid" one existed in their system. As a result, we had to wait until that visa expired on January 1 to re-apply for you, which our team did immediately on that date.

Persistent Follow-ups: Throughout January and February, our specialists (including Iryna and Aiko) sent multiple inquiries to the Embassy regarding the processing delay. We passed along the Embassy's requests for additional documents (like bank statements) as soon as we received them on March 11.

Communication: Our logs show consistent email updates sent to you throughout this period to keep you informed of the Embassy's status, even when the authorities requested "patience" during their internal review.

We are truly sorry that the government’s processing timeline resulted in a visa you could not use. Unfortunately, the fees paid to the consulate and for the service are non-refundable once processed by the government.

Avoid VisaHQ: Poor Service, Missed Errors, and Visa Refusal

I used VisaHQ for a South African Tourist Visa and the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. I'm now out of pocket, missed a close family member's wedding, and had to travel 30+ hours each way from Ukraine for a last-minute in-person appointment — all of which could have been avoided with better guidance and clear communication from the start.

Lack of proactive communication. The requirement for an in-person VFS appointment was never mentioned upfront. I only found out after chasing the team repeatedly by email and phone over multiple days. Had this been communicated at the start, I could have planned accordingly instead of scrambling for emergency travel.

Critical document error was never flagged. This is my biggest issue. My accommodation documents only covered half of my trip — an obvious, glaring gap that any experienced visa advisor should catch during a document review. VisaHQ did not flag this. That single missed error contributed directly to my visa refusal and to me missing a once-in-a-lifetime family event.

Refund refused despite poor service. Despite all of the above, VisaHQ repeatedly refused a refund, citing that "the service was rendered." A service that misses critical errors and costs you a wedding is not a service rendered properly.

I would strongly urge anyone considering VisaHQ to think twice. If you're paying for expert guidance, you should at minimum expect someone to read through your documents before submitting them to the embassy. That basic standard was not met here.

Unfortunately, the requested documents were not provided in the required format prior to the appointment. They have you pay in advance and several hidden costs. They then have no appointments available.

Just to add, your reply is false. I have not been refunded in full! Stop with the falsehoods. You have maliciously configured your system to nick money off people even though you know your service may not be able to meet their expectations. There is completely no misunderstanding.
