I applied for a visa to China and paid 160 euros. A day later, I changed my plans and decided not to go to China. I asked the company to return my money and they said that it would be returned minus 25 dollars. I've been waiting for a refund for a month and a half, I contact the company and they don't answer me. This is a company that is not responsible for its words. I do not recommend using their services

These people are a scam don't work with them. They took my money I summited all documents they required. They told me consultant would email me regarding my visa processing I waited a week and got no email. I call them they told the same thing then they are telling me I should have booked an appointment and that it was too late to get one. These people only want to grab your hand eared money

Applied for visa and paid ($121) ay Aug 1. NO RESPONSE from them, no visa and no evidence that they submitted the application (called them twice with no help).
Today I was forced to go to the government website and submit an application directly.
My opinion, they are a fraud!

Too expensive!! Avoid at all cost!!

If one is asking for visa support that means we expect the agency to know their job. What kind of documents format processing times etc. NEVER TRUST THEM!!!

This was attached to the visa requirements website. I didn't do my homework and after paying the $30 - realized it's a scam.

I liked having the communication to know what my application needed or was missing. However, it was extremely difficult to figure out how to get someone to respond even during daytime hours to know how to update payment information due to a change in international country changes that had not been updated prior to the completion of my application. That was stressful and it would be good to see an update to this issue to prevent other travelers from encountering the same stress and headache.

Very polite and totally useless. Cost me a lot of money, time and energy to not have my visa on time and lose my holiday as well as the money paid for visahq services. Wrong information provided. Confusing and conflicting advice and false assurances provided throughout the process and completely incapable of accepting accountability for their mistakes

This was the most frustrating--and ultimately unsuccessful--visa application I have ever dealt with. First, they charge you for the visa on the very first page; for me it was $110 USD. At this point, they don't tell you what documents you are going to need. After you pay and complete the application, they start asking for additional documentation--proof of a flight in and out of Uganda. I was never going to fly in OR out; I was traveling overland. I was dealing with them for about a week. Finally realized I could fly to Rwanda and secure an East African Travel Visa for $100 at the airport upon arrival! Easy peasy! This visa will allow me to travel to Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda. And now the fight begins to get my $110 back from VisaHQ. NEVER AGAIN. It was the most frustrating process. All of the emails and all of the additional documentation. It was like I was being punked. Go somewhere else. Travel is hard enough without dealing with lousy communication. I wasted HOURS online when I should have been enjoying my vacation.

I have been using Visa HQ for over 15 years. They are always punctual and professional Filling government forms can be tedious, but the VISA HQ is very user friendly. Also, you do not have to complete everything at one time. As you gather your information, you can save and go back to it. Customer service overseeing applications are on top of it.

VisaHQ has been so helpful to me as I’ve been planning my international travel. They have answered my questions and provided guidance on the process. Overall the service has been great and I’m really appreciative of their help. I’ve given them 4-stars because I utilized their chat service and the response there was a bit delayed but still helpful. Fast efficient same.hour visas

I have no complaints whatsoever. The Official Brazilian Visa website is a mess. I spent hours trying to navigate it to no avail. Then I found the VisaHQ website and my troubles were over. I couldn't be happier! They have a very good web experience and their people are very professional and effective. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
