We have used Virtual HQ for a number of years since going remote and it is absolutely seamless for us. The communication is great, post scanning and forwarding super efficient and overall it has given us peace of mind for what is an important service

We are writing to raise a formal complaint regarding failures in your post redirection and scanned post‑to‑email services.

Not all posts are being scanned, and some redirected items are marked with an “S”, indicating they were scanned internally. However, the scans have not been received by us. This raises serious concerns regarding the handling of confidential and sensitive correspondence.

Our business address was updated four months ago, yet the redirected post continues to be delivered to our previous address, despite assurances that this issue had been resolved.

Multiple emails raising these concerns have gone unanswered, and telephone contact does not allow escalation to a responsible person.

Given the operational disruption and potential data protection implications, we require:

* Immediate investigation and resolution
* Written confirmation that no data has been misdirected
* Correction of the redirection failure
* A named contact to manage this complaint

This matter is urgent and requires prompt resolution.

5 years into our relationship, and we still find Virtual HQ a really great way to run a small business remotely, with a professional 'shop front' that separates work from home in the public sphere. All very straightforward to operate and we've never had any problems

We had an extremely disappointing experience with VH regarding the virtual office at Metro House, Chichester.

After paying the invoice and completing the required money laundering checks, we been told we cannot use the virtual space address. We were unable to reach the sales team or any other staff unless receptionist from January 22nd onwards, despite making numerous phone calls. Each time, calls were answered by a receptionist who said she could not help and that someone would call us back. No one ever did.

The lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. Once payment was taken, it felt impossible to get any proper response or assistance.

We moved our registered company address to Virtual HQ and have been so impressed with the service and their virtual office rates. The reception at Blackwell House are professional and efficient. Any email queries I have made to Virtual HQ, they respond promptly and expeditiously. We are about to renew our annual contract with them, which speaks volumes. Many thanks Virtual HQ
