I wouldn’t even give this site a 1 star rating it is absolutely shocking! Done me out of a lot of money & bonus comes in, all you get is stupid money all they do is take! Stay well away from this site.. also once your net worth goes up they then restrict your account! 😡

Terrible customer service

Honestly I have played a lot of online casinos and this is one the worst, play a pound a spin get to bonuses and win maybe 4.5 both bonuses the big win was collecting 5 pounds spent 40 quid as I just put 20 in another casino got two bonuses 50 p spins to 1 pound and took something like 240 overall I signed up to virgin years ago and did something similar but wanted to give them another chance DO NOT touch this site

The customer service is disgusting, they literally called me a liar .. I placed a lucky 15,I had a winner and three losers .. it said it has settled and paid out but the money didn't go into my account.. must be a glitch. I didn't receive the money and there is nothing you can do about it. Customer service is disgusting. They can rob you of your winnings and there is nothing you can do about it. Lucky 15 can not be paid out until the 4 horses have finished the race , the response from Virgin bet is the same person who treated me disgusting. Anyone who knows about a lucky 15 bet , knows that all four horses have to have ran , before the bet is calculated. The one winner I had was called dancing in Paris 2.10pm ascot , according to the comment below, I was payed out just after the 2.10pm result was concluded , that is impossible, when the last race was 4.30pm . These people are lying. It's a disgrace and im going fight this all the way . Stay clear people, they can scam you and nothing can be done unless you go the court route. The first comment by the Virgin team has been slightly edited but anyone who knows about a lucky 15 bet , knows that you cannot pay out until the 4 horses have finished the race .. their response exposed them .. obviously they don't know how a lucky 15 works . I've noticed they've edited out the part where they said they paid me out just after the 2nd race , that's impossible when the last horse was 4.30pm .. the bet cannot be settled or paid out until all four horses have ran. Keep the money, I will never use Virgin bet again, but I will expose that company.. they employ liars . Very very bad customer service.

Bad app ,they let you to win a while even with depozit 10£ with 10p or 20p and withdraw 60 ,80 or 100£ and after few weeks apear " maintenance for a good experience" but is not for a player is for them ,from that time you dont win nothing

Checking my deposit/withdraw history and I've withdrawn £15 in 3 months from their slots because the RTP is the lowest it can be.
They've changed the gross deposit limit to a net deposit limit so they'll let you put back any winnings you've won which is what I've done much to their plan, so basically I've won FA in several months.
They started doing a mystery box thing where I racked up a staggering 49p through 2 of them.
A few years back bookies promotions/free spins etc used to be worthwhile, now it's just winning a few pennies here and there.
Low RTP and lower football odds, baffling how they're one of the most successful companies, can only imagine people aren't checking RTP and think their fives promotion is worthwhile, again you might win £1-2 every few months, really not worth it.

VB say they have been having 'technical issues' which prevent any winnings showing on your account balance, this has been going on for over 22 hours now, was assured this am by Joe that it would be '100% resolved' by 11am, now 12.15pm and still not fixed, got on chat again and in mid conversation was cut off by Sugarthy who couldn't be bothered to discuus further my concerns just trotted the usual guff about the technical team working on it! VB you need to up your game in the customer service dept. and I would suggest that an issue that lasts nearly 24 hours and counting is not 'temporary' it is prolonged and poor customer service is not condusive to engendering trust and goodwill, it will just lose you customers, perhaps you don't really care about that

Bad site constantly takes your money but when you start to win the site decides to crash and says it's down but my mate is sat next to me on the site because he is losing lol

A horrible site where every time you try to sign in, first it’ll say error you didn’t complete the captcha even though one doesn’t come up, next it will and you re enter your details and then it’ll ask you to verify with a code sent to your email as you’re “logging in with a new device” even though it’s the same device. If all that wasn’t bad enough if you actually win a bet they’ll steal the money from you, they verify you upon sign up, which is why I deposited and bet as I don’t have any photo ID I’m 60 years of age so I don’t get ID’d a lot and I didn’t renew my passport when it expired but if you win money they’ll want you to take multiple photos of ID’s and selfies to get YOUR money. Virgin bet you are an awful company and just thieves, look at your reviews and see how you treat your customers, whilst Richard sits in his 200m villa you’re ripping off the common man. Withdraw my funds back to my card and close my account and then I’ll delete this review. If not it’ll stay up and I hope people read it and avoid you like the plague, one person will listen to you if you say something positive about somewhere but 10 will listen if you say something negative so this will cost you a lot of business. Withdraw my funds and close my account so I can be rid of this headache

The experience im getting from your site is absolutely appalling! The games are constantly freezing and disconnecting everytime when bonuses or features come in then when I go back on the game I either don’t get to watch it because it carries on even though server disconnects or it says I didn’t win anything. I’ve tried everything technical support have said to resolve it, even tried another device in a different venue but still same issue. I have spent hundreds if not thousands on your site and the winning rates are shocking! Im playing games that between 92%-97% RTP yet no proper wins. It’s like I have to spent £500-£600 before I win anything more than £50. You can’t keep saying the same thing about random generators because it’s aload of rubbish as you can’t expect your customers to have to spend £500+ just to win a few pound!
It’s a joke and I’m really not enjoying the gameplay on your site. It doesn’t look like I’m the only one either because other people are saying the same on reviews in the last 8months.
Everytime I have tried contacting about the gameplay constantly being disconnected they just send me a link to show me what to do and disconnect the chat which is rude because the problem is still not solved. Everytime I contact your team they are constantly ending the chat after 30second of not being active.
Your team are rude and just copy and paste the same reply about random generators or the same link to try resolve the problem then disconnect don’t actually help customers.

You’re losing customers by the day because of problems like these.

I have already contacted you customer service through email, but again you are useless at helping! You just send the same generated messages about gambling commissioners, random generator or do the same technical support that never works! Sort it out your company needs closing!!

Spent 500 and had features once getting no lines of anything

They don’t like winners. I was up about £50 on horse racing, they reduced my maximum bet to less than 10p.

After giving Virgin countless chances back to the same ways no gameplay just stealing your money, a friend advised me that you can block casino games from your account so I tried and found they just closed the whole account,marvelous totally and utterly bloody corrupt!!!!
