1 star if I could have given zero I woudl have
Virgin Bet's own staff admit their Monopoly Live game has "visual stutters or jumps" - then blame your internet when you complain.
6 hours, ~400+ spins, 1 in 6 billion statistical anomaly (per their probabilities), wheel "stopped dead" twice at high multipliers before jumping to losing numbers and over that period two four rolls 29x combined (predatory game)
Their response (Jack M, Shift Manager, 2 Apr 2026):
"Visual stutters or 'jumps' can occur due to a variety of local factors (e.g., internet connection, device performance)"
So the wheel animation that shows you "almost" winning? That can just... glitch. But they claim the secret server result is still fair. You just can't see it. And they won't show you the logs to prove it.
The math they dismissed: 87.5% below expected bonus frequency over 6 hours. Probability: ~1 in 6 billion. Their verdict: "short-term variance."
The offer: £20 cash "goodwill gesture" after taking £250+.
This is what happens when you raise legitimate concerns about game integrity. They admit the display can lie, hide the evidence, and offer hush money.
If you play Monopoly Live here, know that Virgin Bet admits the wheel can "jump" - but it's your fault, not theirs.
A game variance shouldn’t not be allowed to rob players of there cash for hours I understand gambling is gambling but this is just predatory I can see why evolution gaming is being investigated for compliance by BGC

Never did I believe that in all of the years I have been with virgin bet I would leave a one star review. It's bad enough to lower the rtp it's bad enough giving dead spin after dead spin five grand down is the highest I have ever been when playing my fav casinos greedy has taken over. You will deposit endlessly without a single win, the only win you will probably ever achieve is just before they ask for a review. I'm off to other sites where they don't rob you blind.

I had a very frustrating experience with Virgin Bet and want to share what happened so others are aware.
I contacted support because I didn’t want to use their AI‑based biometric verification system. The automated assistant gave generic information, so I asked to speak to a human agent. After providing all my account details, the agent told me I must complete biometric verification to withdraw my funds.
I explained that I would never have signed up if I’d known biometric ID would be required. I deposited money, played, and won without being asked for any ID at all. Only when I tried to withdraw did they suddenly demand a video selfie and ID upload.
I asked why this wasn’t required at sign‑up and whether there was an alternative method (post, email, bank verification, etc.). They said no — biometric only.
I then asked for escalation. The manager simply repeated that their terms allow them to request ID “at any time” and that they can withhold funds until I comply.
I eventually asked for my account to be closed and for my balance (about thirty-five quid) to be sent to me. Instead of helping, they closed the account immediately, which now means I can’t even access the verification system if I wanted to.
So I’m stuck:
They won’t release my money without biometric verification
They closed my account before I could complete anything
They refuse to offer any non‑biometric alternative
I can’t log in to do what they’re demanding even if I changed my mind and went along with biometric verification
As others have reviewed on here, quick to take a deposit, but not so quick to pay out...
They were happy to take my deposit instantly, but only raised ID requirements when I tried to withdraw. The whole process feels unfair and poorly handled.
I’ve raised a formal complaint and will escalate it further if needed. Screenshots taken of all interactions as proof.

Here again is my proof that this site is a totally fixed , it really needs the gambling commission to take a look at this casino site these robbing thieves are taking and taking peoples money , Yes I made the mistake of keeping depositing money but I keet thinking surely this can’t keep going with no feature but it did !!. I know that gamble is a win or lose game , but I have been on many sites at this is by far the worst rigged site going !!

7 £1000.40
BOOK OF CHARMS®
That’s is what I’ve just copy and pasted from a game I put £1000 and didn’t get the feature once !!
They have made a max £2 bet also so you can’t win much . No other sites does this . Can they be shut down ?
Absolutely no responsible gambling ethics. They set monthly loss limits at 85% of monthly salaries as they believe they have that right. They use VIP handlers to extract maximum funds from customers. They run weekly promotions for VIP customers and then increase the staking rather than reduce the spins to get customers to spend more money. They use wage slips from over three years ago and don't request new ones. Monthly VIP loyalty is only based on losses and not loyalty. They allow 15 deposits in one day and don't see that as a red flag. If you want to be drawn into being a compulsive gambler and lose everything then this is the perfect company for you.

Used this online site for a while now, great odds on horse racing, football too, I found it hard to update my details, chatbot can be a nightmare, be better if you could actually talk to a customer representative instead, my favourite
Update, many thanks to Callum from customer service team, its the early hours of a Sunday morning, this fella went above and beyond, a credit to your company 10/10

Avoid this rubbish company completely scam never chance any winning only couple pound all the time this company it’s just to deposited money and never win

Only play at low stakes with a small investment, because then you get bonuses, etc. at the beginning, and then forget about anything, and when you increase the stake, if bonuses come, the amount will be equal to the amount of the small stake. Fuc* virgin net

The odds on horses are awful. Every horse is a shorter price than other sites. And they shorten most horses odds yet don't push out prices of others. Why would anyone bet with this company it's baffling. If you don't believe me compare the odds with other sites. You'll see I'm right.

STAY AWAY!!!
I deposited 500.00 on Saturday.
Straight away my account was disabled.
They said i need to send documents. I sent them straight away. I phoned they said because of weekend it would be sorted Monday. Monday I phoned nothing happened. Yesterday on live chat they said they received them and documents and it iss verified, it will be activated within 48 hours from Monday 1pm. I took screen shot. Today again from live chat, they said they haven’t received it, i need to send the documents again. So I sent them screenshot them saying they received it.
The shameless liar on chat said: No problem you can contact our customer service.
They are basically holding my money illegally. I have a proof that they are lying.
So with all stress and illegally holding my money I’ll take this’s matter to court.
They can’t play like this😡😡😡

"The worst casino I have played at so far. They accept deposits very quickly, but when it comes to withdrawals, problems suddenly appear.
I had two cards registered and couldn’t withdraw to either of them — they told me to find another payment method. So what, am I supposed to register a thousand cards?
Since I couldn’t withdraw my money, I kept playing and of course I lost, because their algorithms don’t allow you to win.
I do not recommend this casino — stay away from it."

Scam company yet again just another one just as I was winning big they disabled my account for no reason then told me I broke the rules how can I break the rules for signing up these are the same company as mad casino total scammers

It looks good with good promotions but I was banned from all promotions when only £25.00 up and banned from betting at all when £45.00 up. Basically you can only go on the site to lose, even a tiny winner/amount in profit and you are banned! Ludicrous and worst 'betting' website of all time. Don't bother with it unless your planning on being a loser!
Update - I emailed customer support and they provided a general response saying nothing they can do and they are not prepared to give any reason why they banned my account for being a tiny bit in profit. DO NOT USE THIS SITE - A WASTE OF TIME!

Absolute disgrace this casino , I’d advise anyone who wants to sign up not to !
I signed up 2 days ago deposited £200 over the 2 days all of a sudden accounts been closed , pieces of shxt didn’t even give me an explanation, all I got was we are unable to talk about your account. Absolute scum of the earth . They’ve even had the cheek to reply on about on a subject completely different , I wasn’t on about the payout , I was on about how scummy they are closing my account and not giving me a reason , this place needs reporting , worst experience of my gambling career,

Free bet offered equal to stake up to £10, places a £10 bet and only got £1 free bet, I even sent a screenshot of the offer clearly stating equal to stake and the person in virgin chat just lied and said that's not the offer. I asked why they were lying and could they send me some proof to prove that the offer I had was incorrect but nothing. They just ended the chat the more I kept asking for information on why they were lying. Absolutely illegal behaviour, they should be closed down after this. I had 2 friends get stung by the same con as well, nobody was given our free bet

Absolutely disgusting i get gambling is a losers game but to never give even one line hit at 50p a spin from £30 pounds isnt even in anyway feasible and also to never win anything more than £12.50 from bonus spins again unfeasable and also to never give a win anything over £20 overall across everything is again unwordly how they are still going as a legal gambling company in the uk is beyond me. Cant even scrape even a penny from them to begin with.
