Atrocious customer service....
Ordered urgent medication on the 14th was dispatched on the 17th, paid extra for express delivery. Now the 22nd and still not arrived. Spoke to viovet on the phone on 20th and 21st and they are less than helpful. Won't refund so I can buy elsewhere and say I have to wait until 9 days after date of dispatch to get a refund. Advisor on phone was absolutely unhelpful and Viovet clearly dont care about the health of our animals. I have had to buy the tablets from our vets and will be passing this onto viovet. Though o doubt they will help. Will never use them again.....

Your order was dispatched with Royal Mail, and Royal Mail do allow up to 9 working days for a parcel to be delivered until they class it as lost.
We work closely with our third party couriers to ensure all of our customers receive a safe, efficient, accurate and an undamaged order.
We understand the importance of all of our customers receiving their order on time, especially if this is medication or specialist dietary food.
