How you deal with prescription is…
How you deal with prescription is sometimes confusing , but the main gripe is you charge for ice packs ( with the prescription I order) how ever the last couple of times I've ordered, not only is the delivery about 24hours late , but the ice pack is melted ! Therefore what am I paying for ???

Good product with good service…
Good updates with the progress of the product dispatch but had some issues sending in the prescription when had no response from the web site that the prescription had actually been received ok.
