Amazing support from Lee, went above and beyond to help me with a tickrate related issue on my server. Eventually he went on the official github page for the mod and downloaded the code from there and helped me resolve the issue.

Hosting the GTA RP Server I play on and even though alot of us are in another country there isn't really any lag at all. Its such a smooth area to play in and have alot of fun.

I will make this very simple. I have hosted servers for various games across the board. A particular game required an in-depth console with live access (without having a dedicated host).

Vilayer uses their own control panel that isn't your typical copy-paste panel from other crap hosts. It has all the features that make hosting extremely simple. I was happy to see direct access to the actual console and I was able to setup auto-script/timed commands and recurring events right from the control panel. Some services require you pay for recurring commands (an example would be to restart 3 times a day and maybe save and run a check or two).

Stability seems great, nothing noticeable in comparison to other servers. I was just very happy to finally find a modern control panel that allows you to do a bit more nicely without having to get a support team to run a command for you. Easy FTP access, instant setup, quick support that is run by actual humans.

Have a arma 3 server with theses guys amazing customer service

i have been using vilayer server's now for the past 6 months for ark conan and arma 3, their service is outstanding and would recommend vilayer to anyone who needs a server to play theses games

I am absolutely disgusted by this service. I went ahead and made an order for a dedicated vpn for UK and a dynamic VPN and I never received the order. I went to live chat to try and get this issue resolved and during the live chat the response I was given was "VPN Services are not free" and then without allowing me to explain anything I was banned from the live chat and instantly deleted as a client from their billing database.

This is unacceptable performance from this service provider. I went to their site to get my VPN services and was not given them. Most importantly I would say it is false advertising due to the fact that when placing my order I was able to get my VPN for free since the price was £0.00 GBP.

If the price was advertised as £0.00 GBP then why am I getting banned enquiring about this order in the live chat and asking for it to be delivered as promised in the service agreement. I will be requesting multiple audits into this company from the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) which is registered for England and Wales among other trading standard authorities and bodies. I will be referencing them the 'Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations' provided by the UK Government which were created to stop this kind of behaviour from dishonest businesses!
Hopefully this will lead to the prosecution of this business and ultimately a big fine!

I would strongly advise anyone looking to get a service with this hosting provider to look else where as the professionalism, quality and performance of this provider is terrible!

Horrible service. Bought a game server which showed instant setup. Its been 6 hours and they still havent even provisioned the server. No reply from customer support for the tickets opened. No many other providers with better service, really unhappy with my decision to try Vilayer

I had a server for empyrion. The status on the sever said "unknown". Opened a ticket they said there was a network issue and and it would be fixed in 24hrs but 2 weeks still not fixed. I have asked a multiple updates but they just mark them as answered but don't write anything back.

I purchased a server for Assetto Corsa. I got an automated email saying it would be an hour to provision. It did not provision. I could not login to the control panel as the credentials that ViLayer provided did not work either. After 14hours of logging a ticket they had yet to respond. Because of that i cancelled my service and they are yet to refund as i hadn't even used it for 24 hrs. Their website states a "24 hour no questions asked refund policy" as well as 24 hour support. Both are lies.

Do not respond to support tickets. Do not honour their 24hour refund policy either. Will be doing a paypal chargeback. It may be "only" $15 but it is the principle.

Bought a server from them and it didn't work so i asked them why, no response at all for ages, then i asked for a full refund, they marked my ticket as answered and didn't say a thing.

I had a server with them years ago - and decided to reactivate it. Since then I have bad nothing but issues every day
It’s failed the support network is shocking their live chat function doesn't work even tho they say it dose, I am currently waiting for them to cancel the service and refund my money. Oh yer if you make more than one support ticket they will cancel one and say they have merged it in to your existing one. Even tho it’s a completely different dept. then sends a email telling you not to make more

Currently further to this if you review them poorly due to shocking customer service they will decline any refunds and. Steal your money I’m happy to modify this review once a satisfactory response come through.

I bought a Rust server. Never worked. Customer support never answered. They just closed the tickets without saying a thing. They keep charging me. I thought I was just me, but I see all of these other guys here, this is a massive scam. This shouldn't be legal.

These other people giving positive reviews, are obviously Vilayer owners, trying to turn this on their side.
