Do not trust this company...

Viking Access contacted our company to manufacture prototypes for their Elika gate systems. Communication from Viking Access stopped abruptly once they received our parts.

We have tried to contact the accounts department at Viking Access regarding their outstanding invoices worth over $25k. After 9 months with no response, we e-mailed the engineers who worked with us to get the parts made. They finally responded to say that we were being ‘unprofessional’ for contacting them.

They ordered parts from us and have not paid for what was delivered. This is ‘unprofessional’ – chasing payment for unpaid invoices is not. The company’s actions amount to theft.

We have continued to e-mail the company and have even offered a payment plan – yet the e-mails still go unanswered. We can see the date and time in which the emails have been read so we know that they are reading our e-mails and are purposely ignoring us.

We are writing this to protect other hard-working companies like ours from being scammed by this company and to alert potential customers of how this company conducts their business.
